Afterrnoon. Although we enjoy our spa we ha ve a lot of issues with scum forming on the top during and after use. we understand that our skin has natural oils that may come out. however, we had a Jadan spa for 11 years and never ever had this issue. can you help us out at all with this issue. Does anyone have the santa cruz swim spa? I'm trying to find out what I need the electrician to install but the local people can't give me a direct answer, supposedly there is a circuit diagram on the door of the spa, anyone have a picture of theirs?

Don’t do it. I’ve had mine for 12 months and had 3 faulty heaters. I have to wait at least 6 weeks each time to get a replacement and arrange my own installation. It’s a joke. I wish I’d never bought it. Cheap Chinese parts that are sub standard

I require a form 15 for the Plunge Pool I have brought for council approval, I have not been able to get one out of Spa Direct for their Spa.

when filling new spa is the water filled through the what appears to be a "in" designated inlet next to a out designated outlet on side of spa and we received a filter wrapped in foam protection do we have to put filter in before filling and using spa

We just put the hose over the side to fill it and yes put the filter in once full or just before, and must have filter in before you start using it

How come you can cancel invoice 106220 above and stop zip and when we ask you wont? Our invoice 105954 we ask to be cancelled as noone can tell us where the spa is or when we get it and told you dont cancel?? Told you emailed and we have checked and received nothing...nothing in spam..asked to be resent...nothing.... its been over 4 months...zio said you can cancel. Seeing above shows you can cancel..why dont you respond and cancel?

Hi Shirley Invoice 106220 - order date 16/05/2020

Sorry for not replying to your email dated 11/06/2020 at 3.16pm yesterday.

As per your Invoice the delivery time was as follows - Lead time into Adelaide depot was 6-8 weeks. This was detailed on your invoice. Which meant an arrival date of 16th July 2020. However the arrival date was dependant on one direct container shipment going to Adelaide port and we explained we could only send the spa once it was full. As it is not full and and we do not know a firm date when it will be, we will not meet the delivery time agreed on the invoice, so we have decided to cancel the order and refund your zip money account. We have also confirmed this in an email.
