Never been spoken to ruder in my life. [Name Removed] needs to learn some better customer service. Not sure if he was having a bad day but that’s no excuse to talk to someone like that who has done nothing to you but ask questions. Absolutely shocking, couldn’t believe it. Don’t know why anyone would buy a spa from this man.

I am in the same boat as many others with issues, Spa delivered faulty, 9 months later still not even close to fixed, near impossible to talk to anyone, non compliment with Australian laws regarding faults, accc also required to look at issue but this company knows how to play the game and drag the chain. Save your money and buy from a reputable bricks and mortar store that has been around not this dodgy company.
I have now had to complain to the ACCC and consumer protection as my complaint from when I purchased the spa has not been resolved. The statements this company makes are false and misleading. You will not get a refund within 60 days as stated. You will be lucky to actually speak to someone to follow up. There is a reason why there spas are cheaper as there is no after service. I am still waiting on a replacement part ordered 8 mths ago wen the spa was first purchased. The comments i post on Facebook stating this feedback are all removed. I just want other people to think about it as if you do have issues it will be a waste of 13000 dollars like myself.
Still waiting six months later!
We ordered a twenty thousand dollar spa in February, paying a 50% deposit and we are still waiting for the spa to arrive,even though it was supposed to be within three months for delivery. Contact with the Melbourne office is very difficult as they don't answer our phone calls.

Paid for a cascade swim spa in full over $10000 in October 2017 under a promise it would arrive by Xmas.
Numerous delays and a week before Xmas demanded our money back. Was told a shipment amazingly come in last minute and could be picked up after Boxing Day.
Organised own transport and upon arrival found we had been given the cascade mini swim spa (cheaper and smaller) was blamed by the company for the stuff up and told it was our fault as we hadn’t noticed the difference on the invoice.
Spa was full of dirty water leaving the stairs cardboard completely fallen apart and the manuals destroyed.

Not happy, spa was to replaced at no cost. Failed to eventuate.
This has been going on for 9months now. Had a call from [name removed] from Spas Direct, the pool is being replaced with a same unit at no cost due to faulty workman ship and bubbles in the surface of the spa. That was weeks ago. More empty promises. The promise has come to nothing and my calls have gone unanswered. Avoid this company at all costs. There products are poor quality and there service is worse.
I won a spa in 2016. It broke down 1 year afterward. I immediately contacted and advised what had occurred and inquired as to purchasibg part or replacing spa through them. I was advised the part was under warranty (i have this is writing from the company). I then contacted to lodge my request was phoned and advised the part was under warranty (again i have this in writing from a different person from the company). I was then advised throughout emails they were tracking down the part and would get back to me. This went on for 3 months i was the...n advised after contacting again that the part was on its way and should arrive in 3 weeks. This did not occur however they did send me a free filter for my patience which was nice. Six weeks later i did not receive my part i contacted again, this time however advising i had spoken to consumer affairs regarding what to do from here as i was getting nowhere. I advised that i would like to work this out without going down the legal path if possible. Remember i initially was going to replace the part until x2 seperate staff advised it was under warranty. I then was told via email no warranty as it was a gift although i won it. I again advised of takibg it further to which i was met with the most abusive call i have ever experienced in my life. I advised i was recording the call to which they did the same and continued to abuse me. When trying to explain that their staff had told me it was covered by warranty i was told that i mustn't have told then it was from a giveaway. I advised i had and if the man was looking at the email he would see i had. They offered to come collect the spa. After more abuse i ended the call. I have since emailed and asked for a collection date via email, i further asked for him to not contact me via phone again as i have the right not to feel intimidated or bullied by the owner or workers of this company. Buyer beware and those who won a spa i hope ut never breaks down on you. Pay the extra money elsewhere.
Absolutely Crap After Sales Service
Bought a spa from these idiots in November last year and they have been the most unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. I warn you now do not buy a spa from these people. Their website is crap and once they have your money its goodbye. The mob in Campbellfield we dealt with are useless - please be warned - do not buy a spa from them go somewhere else.
Bad, Bad, Bad
Spas direct is a joke, we received a damaged spa ( from a forklift ) they did nothing to help us or resolve the issue we were only told it was our fault and we would receive a new filter to say sorry. 3 months later we get a phone call from [name removed] saying she has taken over or file and what happened wasn't right. Ok great what is going to be done about it? Oh nothing she told us all we need to do is remove the damaged panel. Are you kidding me. Ohh and then she told me to remove my negative post and they will send us a new filter. They ...are now resorting to Bribery. I didn't do it and so they blocked me from the page. People just be aware that they wont help and are never honest we also had to wait over 4 months for our spa. It sat in the warehouse for 2 months before we were even told it was in. November 29th 2018 Update: Horrible customer service After months of hassle getting our spa and then receiving it damaged, nothing was do about it they put the blame back on us. 6 months later and out of the blue i received a call from [name removed] who apologized and offered me a new base and a few extras for all the inconvenience. Its been 3 months since that call and i have not received 1 thing nor have my calls or texts been returned. I still have a damaged spa and they still have poor customer service with empty promises.

If I could give a negative star I would
Firstly we bought and spa and gazebo package back in January and we still have not received a spa or gazebo.
We only found out last week that the gazebo was not ordered at all and we will have to pay $400 shipping from Melbourne to Brisbane then Brisbane to home which we were not told about at all!!
Now endless phones calls have gone unanswered and emails, customer service is terrible we have already started to pay for a spa that now 10 weeks down the track still don’t have.
So all up we have to just under $1000 for delivery half of which ...
Bad Service, Should have bought local!
So we paid our spa in full and waited the 6 weeks we were suppose to, got delivered in 8 weeks instead.
Our access isnt the easiest I will admit, but the delivery guys saw how difficult it was going to be and said to me "Sorry we cant put it in place, call the service line and organise a crane delivery". And they just left it in my driveway.
So I just spent $600 for them just to deliver it on my driveway!?

Do your homework before buying a spa
Regarding Spas Direct, trading as Sunseal Garden Spas Pty Ltd, I have no opinion of the company, however would advise anyone looking to buy a Spa generally that before paying a deposit they very carefully read the terms and conditions, and search all the google review, product review forums and TV documentaries. Also worth checking if the company is accredited by Spasa www.Spasa.com.au.

Almost lost my house
The spa was incorrectly sold as a 10 amp unit, but infact drawing over 20 amp, causing melted power point. The only think that prevented the fire from destroying the home was the circuit braker.
Don’t go near them!
We purchased a spa online from this warehouse and within 4 months the pump blew, although covered under warranty, they are ignoring our phone calls and emails and face book messages for the past 3 months. They’ve now blocked us off Facebook so as we can’t post on their wall and leave feedback for potential customers to see. Absolutely disgusting service and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! I’m about to contact fair trading.

when filling new spa is the water filled through the what appears to be a "in" designated inlet next to a out designated outlet on side of spa and we received a filter wrapped in foam protection do we have to put filter in before filling and using spa
How come you can cancel invoice 106220 above and stop zip and when we ask you wont? Our invoice 105954 we ask to be cancelled as noone can tell us where the spa is or when we get it and told you dont cancel?? Told you emailed and we have checked and received nothing...nothing in spam..asked to be resent...nothing.... its been over 4 months...zio said you can cancel. Seeing above shows you can cancel..why dont you respond and cancel?
