Easy to deal with on the chat line and easy to order and the delivery was a simple phone call and they turned up put the spa in place and gave me a run thru

We use our spa very often, and it is simple to maintain, all we need to do is add chemicals and than the spa does all the rest. It’s amazing!

We purchased the Cali Grande just before Xmas 2020.
Its was easy to set up, and has been a lovely addition to our home. Maintanence has also been pretty easy considering we havent had a pool or spa before.

The plunge pool is such a good investment, have a swim or sit and relax in the spa all year round. Minimal cleaning involved which is a win for us.
