Happy with our spa
The heater is not working however spas direct Warranty claim has been honoured and we are once again happy , Cannot live without our spa . It looks great and the jets are powerful .
Love our spa it’s the best
Our spa works so well holds its heat so comfortable had it for a while now it doesn’t cost much to run and is very quiet and efficient to use
So nice and relaxing after a busy day.
Use our spa almost every night, it’s hard getting out now that the temperature has dropped.Even the kids like to relax in it now home schooling. easy to look after if looked after it regular.
Great alternative to a pool
Easy to maintain great family entertainment the cost compared to a concrete pool are unbelievable
And if we decide to move we can take the swim spa with us to our new house

I purchased our spa with the extras. lights and speakers, speakers are crap we don't use them as they are very crackley the guy who sold us the spa couldn't show us the quality of speakers but assured me they were really good so I am disappointed.
Contact could be better
There were some early issues with delivery & a faulty light. These issues and some contact issues have now been addressed & resolved to my satisfaction by the owner. Spa itself now over 12 months old, no further problems.

Spa was great for about a week. Sound system on the spa stopped working 1 week after purchase. That was in December 2018. 5 months later and numerous emails they want to send me the parts but expect me to pay $116 technician fee because I am outside of their 40km service zone. I am in Liverpool, it’s not like I’m on the outskirts of nsw. first off their free service area limit is unreasonable, second I do ...not know how to replace a sound unit myself and thirdly, my consumer guarantee overrides their ridiculous, unreasonable and essentially junk warranty terms which are simply unfair to any consumer. I should not have to pay for a technician to fix a faulty product that was sold to me.

We love our spa & use it several times per week. Recently I submitted a warranty claim for a replacement inlet to the spa filter where a metal component was going rusty. The replacement part arrived in less than a week by post. Excellent service.

*** UPDATE ***
Since the original issues and much to-ing and fro-ing with the company, they finally (May/June) put me in contact with their Melbourne warranty/service provider and all of a sudden things improved dramatically. The guy down there was responsive, informative, and happy to help. After making contact with him, the original issue was properly dianosed, parts sent quickly and all-in-all fixed within two weeks.Spa and the entertainment unit have been working fine since.
I hope that this is a reflection that the company has now reali...sed the importance of after sales service and is serious about providing the level of support I eventually received on a permanent basis. This has now increased my rating from 3-4 starts *** END *** The spa itself is great (4-5 stars), however this rating is unfortunately reduced due to absolutely abysmal after sales service.

i have purchased a spa 8 months ago and i am trying to find a manual i can look at on your spas direct page but none of the touch pads are the same as our think it is a 2017 Californian grande buy the plate how can i find one or could some one email me one thanks tried online help but no response thanks Glenn Boston

when filling new spa is the water filled through the what appears to be a "in" designated inlet next to a out designated outlet on side of spa and we received a filter wrapped in foam protection do we have to put filter in before filling and using spa
How come you can cancel invoice 106220 above and stop zip and when we ask you wont? Our invoice 105954 we ask to be cancelled as noone can tell us where the spa is or when we get it and told you dont cancel?? Told you emailed and we have checked and received nothing...nothing in spam..asked to be resent...nothing.... its been over 4 months...zio said you can cancel. Seeing above shows you can cancel..why dont you respond and cancel?
