Anne customer service operations - communicated everything on the phone and remotely set up the nbn.

I was with them for 2 years. Good value for money. No issue with reliability or speed.
I am only living them because every penny counts nowadays and found a cheaper provider (by $83 per year) for the same specification plan and sadly, Spintel is not doing price matching. Show details

Good but should treat loyal customer better

Very good customer service, the representatives I have dealt with were always friendly and professional.

The connect is somewhat reliable, I get disconnected but that only happens occasionally and give I was using FTTB NBN there were quite a few things can cause the disruption.

The plan they offers are generally pretty good deal. BUT, they were unwilling/unable to charge me the current monthly rate because the rate is for "new customer" only. I don't see why I have to pay more just because I joined earlier. If anything I think i should get the new rate for being a loyal customer. Show details

Email accessible Once More - Great Spintel Staff experience!!!

I have been receiving a number of updates in the last week from Microsoft and Norton and at the same time my Outlook stopped working, so I was looking to get my email restarted. I worked with Spintel staff (Marie) who was able to quickly and efficiently have me up and running again in no time. We rolled back to previous version of SW where the system was known to run fine doing step by step changes in order to get things going again. Show details

Great employee, poor company

Five stars goes to the Spintel employee, Penny, who helped with my enquiry. very knowledgeable and efficient
However one star rate to Spintel company. A month without internet connection but still charged for it. I had to raise dispute which I was refunded only partially. Then I had to chase it again, several phone calls to try to rectify their error, not to mention waiting 45 minutes, on average, for an answer every time you call

Payment and bills

Well I've been using spintel for awhile now it was really smooth sailing till. I got a new post office MasterCard then I couldn't update. It though I had enough funds on it and it saying this card is declined even though I checked that it was working. STAY CLEAR OF SPINTEL

They like to add sneaky charges onto your account and change your services without consent after being a customer for only 1 month. Customer service is abysmal too if you could even call it “customer service”. Show details
