Excellent speed and excellent service
I wanna thank customer service. Laura helped me log in the modem. Jill called me back after we failed on troubleshooting. He didn’t give up and finally sorted it out.
Good customer service
Have had some issues with the voip service but these were quickly addressed and easy to discuss with customer service representatives online. The online chat system is excellent and easy to use.
Ordered the NBN 50 bundle with 6-month contract.
Received the modem the next day, Spintel followed up with SMS notifications all through the process, letting me know when the technician would be arriving.

No Internet connection through out the whole day. Called Spintel and was advised that nbn was conducting maintenance. Very pleased with Spintel's technical support. Keep up the great work guys!
Support was awesome
Tim was polite and super patient. She helped me get online even when I didn't know what I was doing. Would recommend Spintel support if they are all as lovely as her.

My connection is kind of crappy, probably because I am using FTTN connection over a telephone cable. It probably has nothing to do with which vendor you are with. If you are unfortunate enough to be in a suburb that has FTTN type of connection, the only good thing you can wish for is a provider with good customer support. Spintel has it, that is the only thing I care about right now.
The result of the speed test result using speedtest.net : The speed drops to .. download 8 Mbps and upload 10 Mbps (supposed to be 50/20}. Not sure what is the reason.
My experience is Spintel provides an excellent, reliable, prompt, courteous and friendly customer service. Very happy that I switched to Spintel as my Internet provider - not a single major problem since connection to the service.
Problems from day 1. Customer service is hot and cold
From the moment we connected, our nbn service with spintel did not work properly. (It worked perfectly the day prior with another provider, same equipment/setup). Slow to load, some pages never load. Speed tests show all is good. But its clearly not. Customer service seemed good at the start but having had to explain our problem every time we called has worn thin. Requesting a call back via internet does not work. The phone queue call back does not work (it never actually asks for your number just leaves you on hold). When a service rep answer...s, they are polite and try to be helpful but not as knowledgeable as other service providers I've dealt with. A fault has been lodged afterwell over a month. I do not believe there to be an equipment fault, in which case I will be charged $150 by spintel to find that out themselves.
Spintel NBN 50 plus is excellent
Have been with Spintel for seven years now. I have found them to be a very good company in every way. Very reliable connection, I do not experience dropouts. Their customer service is excellent, they are always nice to deal with and fix any problem quickly, and what you get is very good value for money.
Do not expect any customer service
Internet getting frequent disconnection as well as their website is down during that disconnect (used my mobile to check on their website, i am able to access other internet website without any problem).
Reason of termination after 3 years of usage with Spintel
Rang up Spintel at 4pm, verified my identity, explained my situation that i would like to change my reallocation address, to Representative number 1. Representative number 1 then transfer me to representative 2.
Verified my identity and explained my situation second time to representa...tion number 2, and number 2 transfered me to representative number 3. Got frustrated and before verifying my identity with representative 3, i have let the representative number 3 that i got tired of these calls transfer and verification over and over again and hoping that she could resolve my problem. So i verified myself and explain the situation the third time again. Rep number 3 says the same thing that order reallocation need to transfer me to order department again, so she transfered me again. Was placed on call transfer on hold for 15 minutes, no one pickup. i hang up. I called in Spintel again and waited on the hotline for 20 minutes, explain to the rep that i would like to lodge a complain and terminate my service, the rep mentioned that they have to transfer my call again, totally done with the endless call transfer, i hung up and let them know that when you dont receive the payment, just automatic terminate my service :)
Great Customer Service
Amy from tech support was very helpful in guiding me through the reconfiguration of my modem - a very complex task. She managed to find a user manual for my modem model and guide me through the process. She was patient, polite and ultimately solved my problem. Thanks Amy!
I had an amazing team member named Amy who was so so helpful trying to get my internet service up and running. She went through step by step and was very friendly towards me. Her customer service was outstanding.
GREAT SERVICE AND PRICE
I have found that the Spintel NBN 50 + service is just great, Value/price/ and customer service are all better than I expected, and the speed is always good. They are by far the best internet company I have ever used.

Ok for money
They seem to work hard to fix problems not that i have had many seem to be a small team but good have had other big name providers and they reaky sucked and cost more
Excellent service thus far
It currently been six or so months with this provider and we've just had our first outage which was resolved within 15 minutes. They had a website we could check on their status too. Have not had any experience with the customer service but will update when another problem arises.
Excellent customer service
Connection is great and customer service is always helpful and friendly. Not waiting for hours on the phone and the couple of issues I’ve had have been resolved straightaway. Have always recommended Spintel to others and will continue to do so.
I have never had any issues with Spintel's services. Their NBN runs as expected, about 45 Mbps. Their service team is very helpful and friendly. Hazel today was very good.
Hazel helped me to understand the reason my connection keep dropping out. She is very helpful and patient. She helped me to switch to another channel to get faster speed.
