Iv been with spintel for ADSL then NBN for well over 6 years & our mobiles also with not 1 issue whatsoever, very reasonably priced, no hiccups with service & the online help superb unlike most other carriers iv used in the past …

So far everything is working to my satisfaction and hopefully will stay that way and not be too slow. I recommend Spintel to my friends as being a reliable provider
Kylie gave Great service in finding the source of My problem with my house wiring. Kylie spent more than 90 minutes working on the problem until it was solved. Thanks
Great customer service by Chris. There was a issue with double charging for my NBN Spintel connection. But, Chris promised me that he will look into the matter and get me the refund before the next bill and he did!!!! Thanks Chris.

I was experiencing poor downoad speed. John suggested I was not on the right plan for my needs and upgraded. His service has fast and helpful. I will continue to monitor downoad speed through the week and expect it to be better.

I had a direct debit issue and Rhea patiently assisted me . No issue with internet except am I getting enough speed it tends to get a bit slow at times can you check

I had issues with my NBN and called to cancel my internet. The first caller did not process my request and I was issued a bill. I called through again and Belle resolved my problem for me and was uber professional and nice. Thanks Belle :)

Contacted Spintel as I wanted to change my plan speed from Std 25 to 50Mbps as my average speed was down to about 11/1 and I was experiencing some problems with streaming. I couldn't find a way to do this from Spintel's website without changing my capped data size, which I didn't want to do, so I started a chat with Emmanuelle.
She resolved the speed change application very promptly.
I had a further problem with the NBN phone connection that would connect intermittently on the Netcomm NF17ACV router. Emmanuelle, once again, helped with that. The router obviously had some issues as a reset seemed to help but a factory reset seems to have sorted the problem out.
Most grateful for the help.
