Springfree Trampoline Australia

I know that there is a lot of love for Springfree Trampolines but I didn't see any honest reviews from people like myself who thought it was a good idea to buy one second hand because I thought it would still be good quality. I could have bought a new Vuly trampoline for the same price but I thought I was doing the right thing.

Purchased a Springfree shade in December 2020. Used it for 6 months but now has a huge rip through the middle. This may has been caused by a windy day but called up to see if it was covered by warranty. They completely shut me down saying that it was not covered and should be taken down during winter. I was not advised of that condition so now is nothing more than rubbish. Spent $199 for this item and now is garbage. Springfree charge so much for everything. Trampolines cost more than double of any competitor and their items not lasting more than 6 months is ridiculous.

I was able to receive a response same day to my query relating to some spare part requests, the sales team were polite and efficient.

We have the Compact Round trampoline and the sun bundle for just over two months, the bundle comes with the sunshade, step and Wheels. It was delivered within a week of ordering it, excellent customer service, provided an update on each stage of our order. We thought it should be a one man job to assemble, definitely worth to ask for the Springfree installation, the time and effort will paid it off.

We have had a Springfree trampoline since 2007 - our frost was the original SF60 and this current one Model 092 is our second one as in 2013 we needed to replace frame of first one which was wonderfully covered under warranty by Springfree and then we purchased a new replacement mat and net to fit new trampoline frame.

We have 5 children and they have all loved it and we love that it is safe and strong.

Thank you for coming out to assess my trampoline and advising ways in which I can prolong its life. My kids love playing on the trampoline so the new net was well worth it.

Our first Springfree trampoline lasted 10 years before needing replacement parts. The replacement mat and net wore out in 9 months. After having to mail the faulty parts from Melbourne to Queensland at our own expense they refused to honour the warranty, claiming we had installed the mat incorrectly, which wasn't true and certainly didn't explain the net also tearing. We've bought another one because they are still the best trampolines available. If we have the same problems and they try that line again we will take them to VCAT.

A gift from a friend, our trampoline was already 5 years old on receipt. It needed several rod holders replaced as cracked (we were told likely because incorrectly fitted, but I suspect UV light). It is now 10 years old and after a move to a new home, has needed yet more. I note that its circular steel frame is beginning to get holed by rust at dependent points and am considering drilling holes at intervals to allow water to exit rather than pool inside: something that the manufacturers might consider from the outset

Great product, but the distributor Catch of the day / Toys Online are horrible to deal with and ripped off $49.95 extra via the checkout even though free shipping was listed for my post code.

Buy direct from spring free or other respectable vendor.

I had been recommended the Springfree trampoline over any other by friends, family and neighbours. But when it came time to purchase one, the customer service I received was obdurate and left me feeling like they just didn’t care for my business nor to make a sale as there were plenty of other customers waiting in line to purchase one. This certainly isn’t the way to treat a customer!

There are cheaper ones on the market but these are the best. Best bounce, best safety and best warranty. Delivery process was very simple and streamlined. The kids are jumping whenever they can. Better than a pool that you can only use randomly. The trampoline feels strong and well made, from the frame right down to the zippers. I would recommend the basketball hoop as a good extra. Also save yourself the headache and pay someone to install!

I called Springfree and requested to book the 'yard assessment service' and same-day installation, and was told "someone will call you back" to book the date and time. No phone call received. I called Springfree again today, 3 days later, and I was passed between two departments and got told the same thing again: "someone will call you back". Waited all day and still no phone call! So now I've bought a Vuly online instead. If the customer service is this poor for someone wanting to buy a trampoline, I certainly won't trust it to be any good if something goes wrong with the product. Poor form Springfree.

I just want to start off by saying that in no means am I writing about the quality of the product but about the lack of safety information.
We came to the oakleigh store to decide on the size of trampoline we wanted to choose for our daughters 2nd birthday at 19 months my daughter myself and my husband were aloud to jump and test out the trampolines. We were the only people in store and NEVER were we told about double bouncing or how dangerous it is for young children to be on a trampoline.

I love the product. We've had ours for 6 years now and its still performing well although its starting to weather. Unfortunately the lifetime guarantee doesn't include all the parts just the frame so things like the basketball hoop and the mat on ours that have perished aren't covered under warranty.
Apart from, we love our Springfree tramp.
