Don't buy a second hand Springfree Trampoline
I know that there is a lot of love for Springfree Trampolines but I didn't see any honest reviews from people like myself who thought it was a good idea to buy one second hand because I thought it would still be good quality. I could have bought a new Vuly trampoline for the same price but I thought I was doing the right thing.

Xmas delivery in November
Buyer Beware! I purchased this week as their website stated to order early for Christmas. I have been told that there are no installation dates available between Dec to 4th Jan. My delivery instructions stated as close to Christmas as possible. I was offered a video on their website why Santa has to deliver in November. I am a single Mum, and have saved for 2 years to buy a safe trampoline, and I am sad the service for installation and delivery is not child friendly.

I still don't understand why it can't be installed close to Christmas. I'm sure a casual workforce could help with the demand. Our first Springfree trampoline lasted 10 years before needing replacement parts. The replacement mat and net wore out in 9 months. After having to mail the faulty parts from Melbourne to Queensland at our own expense they refused to honour the warranty, claiming we had installed the mat incorrectly, which wasn't true and certainly didn't explain the net also tearing. We've bought another one because they are still the best trampolines available. If we have the same problems and they try that line again we will take them to VCAT.

Disappointing Customer Service
I had been recommended the Springfree trampoline over any other by friends, family and neighbours. But when it came time to purchase one, the customer service I received was obdurate and left me feeling like they just didn’t care for my business nor to make a sale as there were plenty of other customers waiting in line to purchase one. Great trampoline but stressful and difficult installation
We have been very happy with the quality of the trampoline and after three weeks we are enjoying it a great deal. However we were let down by sales advice that self-construction of the trampoline was easy and manageable by two people (installation was not available at the time of purchase). Great product, but misleading marketing...
We have recently purchased a Springfree Round Medium, and placed the order in November with the intention to receive the trampoline for Christmas.
In the lead up, we noticed 'free delivery' and additional 'accessories' were commonly included in advertising deals. When we placed the order we were advised the campaign was over but would include delivery if we place the order there and then, and that this was unlikely to be carried into the Christmas period.

Disappointed. Product rusted out, fiberglass rods lost coating.
We bought the trampoline about 12 years ago. This is outside the 10 year guarantee and the product has rusted out and the frame collapsed. The coating on the fiberglass rods all came off and the kids know not to put their hands on them. But the kids do love the trampoline. Good product bad service
Great quality trampoline, design and aesthetics. I found the customer service staff to be rude and when questioned why they didn’t install my trampoline properly no apology was offered. For such a large investment the service needs to be as good as the product. Also, NB the shape of the sunshade (circle) does not match the oval trampolines.

False information cost me $220 more
After much consideration and discussion we placed our order for a Compact Round R54 trampoline last week on Mon 24th October. This was after agreeing to a price increase of $300 from our earlier quotation, to take account of Tgoma. On Wed 26th Oct before I had even been contacted by Springfree to arrange my Christmas delivery, I saw the Mega Deal promo (free install and delivery) that could have saved our family $220. I acknowledge the Springfree 'no change of mind' refund policy but I think this is about consumer rights. I have not even taken delivery of the product and am therefore entitled to a refund. In fact I could pursue this with my credit card company. I also understand that I have a 'cooling off period' on a transaction such as this and it has not even been 7 days since I made payment. Ultimately I feel disappointed and would like to have my faith in Springfree restored before I receive our product off Father Christmas. Disappointed with customer service
After researching trampolines we found springfree to be the best. The customer service was terrible. We were told different things at each point of contact. We were messed around and given false information. There are things we will still be following up with consumer affairs as we feel are still incorrect. There was next to no correspondence with us. We had to chase everything up and try to find what was going on after being given so many different answers. For such a large investment we would expect decent customer service. Springfree refused to throw in even a ladder for all the messing around and miscommunication. Very disappointing.

Good product poor customer service
Ordered the trampoline with delivery and installation and the Springfree team were very accommodating in organising time and delivery dates. The cost was not cheap with the delivery and installation, but Springfree were happy to offer an extended warranty (not sure why as Australian Consumer Law mostly covers this). Once purchased Springfree sent through a raft of installation requirements, and what they will and will not do to install the trampoline - this is maybe something they should have mentioned when the trampoline was ordered (I was tol...
Read mored they are meant to do this when you call them). On the day, the technician arrived with the trampoline, assessed the area and would not install the trampoline due to OH&S issues. Springfree would only refund part of the installation fee, as apparently I needed to pay for their technician to tell me he could not install the trampoline. Beware when paying for installation as the technician may not install it, and you will only get a partial refund. We managed to put together the trampoline without a hitch, the instructions and videos provided make it pretty easy to do. So I am unsure what issues the technician had? Wear gloves though, as the fibreglass rods can be brittle and little shards can go into the skin. In all the quality and look of the trampoline is good, and it is serving it's purpose well - just be careful on the customer service side of things- 3 reviews
Poor delivery time for spare parts to be delivered
Kids love the trampoline but as soon as something starts to break on it, the surrounding parts also break and the kids cannot use it until the spare parts have been replaced. I ordered by spare parts and 8 days later, it finally left their warehouse. 4 days later, Australia Post has not delivered either. Expect them to take your money straight away, but expect poor customer service on delivery of spare parts. When I contacted them, I did get a fake 'sorry' but wanted to blame Australia Post for the whole delay. I still don't have my spare parts.
Poor customer service, beware bad warranty claims process
We bought one of these trampolines as a surprise for my son's birthday. Immediately after installation, so straight out of the box, we discovered a manufacturing fault. Instead of replacing the part, Springfree told us to submit a warranty claim. We were then denied the claim, and were told that we probably caused the damage ourselves, but if we wanted to, we could dismantle the trampoline - which is no mean feat, and why they charge $150 - and return it (at our own cost) for "further assessment". Seems they are doing everything in their power to discourage legitimate claims, and we are now stuck with a defective trampoline.
