Very slow to respond to anything. Expect a 7-10 day turnaround for most issues. Not meticulous, nor appearing to be on the owner's side at all. Seems like they just take the money and do minimum work. Wish I could change this body corp.

I own several properties that they manage and the body corporate fees have gone through the roof every time they take over.

In my overall experience with SSKB their performance has been disgraceful. In my most recent experience with General Manager GC and NSW. It took 28days for a reply and not 1 question has been answered.
Our Body Corporate Manager also does not give direct answers to direct questions.
A disgrace to the profession.
Need I say any more about these so called professional people.

If an owner's corp contacts you for a quote, surely it deserves a response of some sort.

This company is a big machine. They say they do a certain number of activities for your body corporate but in reality they do not. They don't respond to emails. They do not follow through on their obligations. They say they send information out that they have not. I would not recommend them.

Trying to build a home and not allowed to have a flat roof for our garage and then they say you have to have a pitched roof of 22.5 degree pitch which gets knocked back . We inherited SSKB in late 2015 when the owner of our BC company in Cairns retired. They looked professional and promised to sort out mess inherited from the previous company.
