[Name Removed] from St George Tyres in Arncliffe directed myself and my partner to this store over a Facebook account not in his name - as they offer unbranded items over Facebook marketplace but you can only pay with “cash only” and does not come with warranty as to evade taxes I assume. When we arrived after our 45 min drive + paid for tolls we were lied to, treated horribly and had our time and money completely wasted. Spot on service and very good value for money, had my wheels orders and ready to go when I arrived at office they immediately took my keys and had my car on the hoists in a few minutes started work, I also asked them to help with loading the older wheels and even give me a run down of what I can sell them for which I just did today without their advice I wouldn’t have been able to sell so quickly.

Over all done in less then 30minutes and price was very reasonable, registered my Falken warranty while I was there also which gave me additional peace of mind.

These guys are always fair on pricing and have great customer service! Never leave there feeling disappointed. Any customer can go to them and feel like they’re getting well taken care of.

Yeah, these guy have great prices - BUT - Everything else leaves a lot to be desired.
I ordered 4 tyres online through this company, over 24hrs later I received a phonecall from their online order department asking me to submit a photo of my credit card for verification purposes as they have been targeted by fraud in the past. I initially got quite upset with this request but after the person explained why I told them I would call me bank and get back to them that afternoon.
Less than 1 hour later I received a email asking me to check my St Geo...

Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time anywhere else! These guys had the best prices and all products available in house, I didn't have to wait around too long and was done pretty fast, they had Toyo Tyres in stock faster then my local tyre power who wanted weeks and charge me more, good to see honest fast and quality service is still out there ! Highly recommend

Very very helpful staff, had a blow out tyre during covid and the staff were very very polite and helpful, it was my first blow out and I was very scared, the car was only 6 month old, after checking the pot hole I had damage the rim so they fixed the rim and place 1 new tyre on there and fit to my Audi

Purchased 4 new tyres for my Jeep Wrangler. Fitting occurred as soon as I drove into the driveway. Staff were efficient and friendly. Not as busy as other nearby shops.

Do yourself a favor, buy elsewhere... Their old tyres wear really quick, also my brand new rim had buckle from day one!

1. One of the the front Rims had defect or small buckle, from first drive out of their shop, vibrates at 60 - 80 kphs
2. Returned a few days later, they said it was the cheap Chinese tyres, they provide for free, replaced with Pirelli's, vibration issue continues to this day.

Very polite people, I have been here for 2 of my cars with simply nothing but great service and polite staff, it is a very professional clean workshop/office and COVID safe was a priority, on both my trips they had the best prices anywhere online and in store and the products were all genuine Michelin made in France ! No wonder these guys are so big
