Unfortunately purchased a set of wheels off St George wheels . Wheels were posted out arrived . Didnt fit properly.
Was told need spacers and wheels , they were extra . I said the salesman i asked for a set of wheels that FITTED my car , not almost . He then started abusing me over the phone .
Needless to say i dealt with ozzy tyres after that with out any issues

Fast service and very safe products, I requested a budget tyre but after seeing the quality differences and the HUGE options they have in stock was able to make a well informed decision to keep my family and vehicle safe in the road, will def come back

Went in to the store in Arncliffe and found it a good and clean workshop, fast service had my car in and out within 45 minutes, had 4 tyres fitted, the price was consistent with other stores however they offered immediate fitting and products in stock within the same morning....good experience and highly recommended.

Will never use again wouldn't send to my home address on eBay wouldn't send to me from online store because I don't have a land line who does these day worst customers service I've ever had would rather pay full price through Bob Jane as far as I'm concerned

Bought a set of 22” wheels for my Range Rover in 2017 with toyo tyres that we manufactured in 2011. Paid full price for new rubber. The compound had hardened up so much the first time my wife drove in the wet the car lost control. The wheels were poorly balanced, incorrect wheel nuts provided and inconsistent with their finish.

I ended up needing to buy four new tyres and sand blast/repaint the wheels.

Would not buy from them ever again.

Bought tyres from their website. After they charge my card they ring me and tell me they refuse to dispatch my tyres unless I send them a photo of my credit card to verify it's mine. Scam alert!! They already charged my card!! I refused to send photo of my credit card so they refuse to dispatch the tyres that I've already paid for. I said forget it just give me a refund. Now they tell me I have to submit that request in writing for them to consider it!! Can't believe this business. Bad bad bad.

Absolute Junk wheels. They sell APEC wheels that hold onto subaru threads by 30% then tell you its legal. (Tried to upload photos- won't work)
Other tyre companies shook there heads at the state of this junk. I bought new wheels & no one wants to give refunds so now stuck $1560 out of pocket with wheels I can't sell without receiving death threats. The wheels endanger lives, I have 3 kids & not risking it. Someone needs a jab on the chin for this trash. Stay away from these guys and APEC wheels. Stretched tyres too, Damaged marks on chrome wheels from the manufacturer. CHEAP N NASTY JUNK.

Purchased 4 tyres delivered to Melbourne in 3 days that was brilliant ,but I ordered the wrong one's called them up spoke to the very helpful Maya on the phone organized the correct size no problems she also arranged the pick up and return for me ,the least stressful experience dealing with a company on the phone ever will definitely purchase from them again

I phoned st George tyres 10.00 from Campbelltown got a quote and was very Happy With went down had the 4 Tyres Fitted and Balanced home at 12.30 very satisfied with the staff very professional

Each attempt to get a quote was ignored, told they would get back to me at least 10 times, never did then send horribly rude emails with overpriced items obviously just to get rid of me the staff in couldn't be more rude.

Quite possibly, one of the worst customer experience I’ve had buying online.
After finding my correct tyre and wheel package myself I decided to order online as the prices was infact very good.
The order was accepted, received, and I was sent a confirmation email - all good I thought...
Time goes by and no wheels have arrived, so a call to the support team was in order. Turns out the wheels I ordere are not in stock at that price, I can have them but will need to pay more.
I accept an alternative colour, wait 2 weeks, wheels arrive minus ...

I experienced outstanding customer service from my first telephone inquiry to the time I drove out with my new rims & tyres. Silvana at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and understanding of needs. Simon was able to help me exactly with his extensive product knowledge together with prices that I found could not be matched. I would recommend St.George Tyres and I will be returning when next I need tyres.

While purchasing 2 tyres online I was unsure of which suited my vehicle so after a quick email I was given a call and told exactly what I required and showed me a nifty little tyre calculator to help me choose my tyre options, Maya was very helpful, she walked me through finding my specifications and then showed me the best suited option for my vehicle, she also mentioned the fastest was to order on their website. There is countless choices listed so I didn’t know but after speaking to maya and she told me how to check what is legal for my car ...

Tried purchase over webpage - asked to phone - told exactly what I required and what conditions (country Roads) originally 18" - nope only 19's available - picked rim - not available staggered fit. Choice of two rims, chose CSL lookalike - No mention of width or offset - received wheels to find tyres stretched and when fitting rim is outside mudguard (illegal) - Contacted St George - No return as they had been fitted - contacted Fair Trading - St George flatly lied and recorded conversation without notification (said they offered to take wheels...

Purchased 4 tyres and had them fitted to rims with Tyre Pressure Sensors (TPMS) attached to valves.
After many attempts to Re-train new sensors to ECU to cancel the constant TPMS alarm I took it to Ford Dealer to investigate. Ford found two sensors broken off hence the reason they would not communicate to ECU.
Replacement Sensors cost $65 each plus fitting and Re-training. All up the repair was $400.
St George denied all wrong doing and offered zero compensation or apology.
NOT HAPPY!!

I spoke to Maya over the phone to drop in within only an hours notice on a late afternoon saturday and i arrived 1 hour from close time,,,very knowledgeable on the phone and also spoke with Simon from the workshop with nothing but great advice to suit my needs,,,these guys have great customer service and treat customers with mutual respect as any business owner should...apart from the great knowledge and outstanding service my Wildtrak looks Wild with the wheels and tyres that were fitted,,,
I would like to thank you guys again and also credit to all the boys on the floor working on my ride like a pitcrew for FPV...staying back as i was the last car,was no issue for the boys to finish my car...

If you know exactly what you want in wheels and tyres this is a great place to get a good deal. You arrive. They send you to the office. You tell the girls EXACTLY what you want and wait for the job the be done in quick time. HOWEVER 1. There is no other way! You can't talk to the guys in the workshop or ask them questions or seek any help or advice 2. If changing only 2 tyres they will not put the new tyres on the front unless you specifically tell them to do so even though this is industry best practice and the safest thing to do - so a big Z...

The staff were so helpful and easy going. Got a great fitment for my skyline they fitted me XXR wheels with Tyres the perfect concave stance and everything It was a top job

I bought a set of wheels and tyres from this company and had one of the wheels collapse where the centre part with the nuts was in tact with the car but the remainder had broken from the stokes. I called up with my issue mentioned that my family could have been killed if she was traveling on the freeway but all they had to say was go see the people who installed the wheel on the car and did not even listen to the issue. Very poor and will be going to the ACC so other people do not get injured with these faulty wheels they are selling.

I came in to the shop ore Saturday afternoon , 3:45 they close at 4pm !
Thee guys still fit me in to do 4 wheels an styres apart from all the other cars they had ! Thanks so much guys we drove a fair bit to come do my wheels ! Nice to see someone actually still cares these days not just wants my money !

So easy to deal with had one of the girls hook me up with 19 inch 527s for my Honda. Received them 2 days later perfect fit and amazing quality. Such a quick and swift purchase!

These guys were quick and easy to deal with. Ordered my Tyres on the phone they called me as soon as they arrived had my car book it literally I got 4 Tyres fitted and balanced to my Q5 within 40 mins! Excellent job and I didn't have to waste all day

I love the knowledge and patience these guys have to take the time and explain every aspect of my purchase to me! never been so satisfied purchasing something i have no idea about yet managed to get a crash course so i can make an informed decision for my husbands bday prezzy - bought him a set of offroad wheels and tyres for his colorado Fit perfectly and he loved them!!
