NOT SO GOOD
Requested a quote for 3 x outdoor blinds, Rep was good on site and informative, however the office help was very poor, when followed up with questions, passed back too the rep whom was on leave. says something about attention to detail and customer care. Asked for Manager told he was too busy to take calls, funny how he returned my call when said posting a review of 1.Very happy with new choice of outdoor Blinds being installed in January.
Poor service and incompetence at its best
I was put in contact with the business from crimsafe as it was their local recommended installer and was subject to Incompetence from start to finish with incorrectly installed security door, incorrect sizing and damage to tile in laundry area. Unfortunate as I had other jobs lined up for them

Even if it was price right I wouldnt buy because of salesman
The salesman that came to measure had not an ounce of customer courtesy ; I tried to converse got no reply came across rude said this is the price call if you want it - No thanks did not leave a quote on paper ,Not professional at all ,

Our experience with Stan Bond in Adelaide was only for an outdoor blind. I am not familiar with suppliers in QLD.
