Dale was spot on time an when I wasn't happy with the first quote, he was able to find me a similar product at a reduced price. Helpful, efficient and tidy leaving no packaging or rubbish behind. Well done Dale.

Light replacement

I did an online request for a callback to replace light fitting and got a call very next day. Were able to do job next day Tues. Got call from Tom who was very prompt courteous, polite and did a good job, even tidied up. Happy with work done.

Efficient Service

Head office rang half hour out from expected which was really handy. Quick and efficient work done. Did request when booking that a kitchen fan would need to be more than likely replaced but electrician did not have the appropriate equipment - not sure if the message got through, but means a second call out is now required. Overall, the team was good and easy to deal with!

Good, but pity it took two trips

Electricians were thorough, but while the first visit did address a pending problem on one of the light circuits, it did not double check that the original issue of a tripping circuit breaker was actually addressed - that was on the other light circuit. Despite this oversight, the company was not prepared to waive the callout fee nor to provide express service on the weekend at standard weekday rates.

Very pleased with the service, the technician was very polite & punctual. We were shown the faulty element before the new one was fitted and now the oven appears to be working ok.
