    Great highchair with one exception!

    published

This highchair is great value for money. Seat reclines, 3-position adjustable tray is easy to insert/remove, crotch post prevents child from slipping down seat, extremely padded comfy seat cover, folds up neatly. The only issue I have with this chair is that the tray sits too far forward (even on the lowest position). I am using it for a toddler who is learning to feed herself and food keeps falling between her and the tray as there is a large gap between the seat and the tray..extremely messy!
    Inexpensive, easy to manage
Tray is too far forward, seat back could be sturdier

Can't beat it for the price

    published

I don't think you can beat this chair for $80-100, really easy to use, bub seems real comfy in it, easy to clean, adjustable tray is easy to take off/on, A good basic highchair that folds to take up little space, its all you need.
I bought this chair from a babystore as the Mealtime Flatfold, this name has since been discontinued & its called the Ryder now available from chains (Big W).
Price. Super easy to fold and recline.

    Good

To clean it, it wasn't too bad. I like the vinyl cover. Just give it a wipe with a cloth and it was clean. To clean under the cover, you will need to take the cover off. It's not too hard to do. I took it off for the first time tonight and it was quite straight forward.

    Overall, I quite like it.
Taking tray on/off is simple. The recline is easy to use. Folding it up was effortless. I like the raised bit in the middle. It allows them to sit up better, without slipping down.
The base of it. It's a little wide when open.

    OK

    published

It's ok for your basic high chair. The bulkiness of it means you need the room to house it. I would probably go for something with wheels next time and something easier to clean i.e. no vinyl padding.
It has an easy recline system and tray on/off. It is a nice looking high chair (neutral) and the 5-point harness is always good.
The wide leg base means it takes up a fair amount of floor space. There are no wheels for easy maneuverability and it's not great to clean - food often gets caught underneath the vinyl padding.

How do you fit the 5point harness on the ryder chair?
