Very happy with the service from Rowan Isaacs & Dan Farrell who helped with a very modern open shower screen with no door, friendly, professional & prompt service, I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Wanted a PIVOT door that has little chance of leaking through 'gaps' that are in the main panels in most modern shower screens. Stegbar were able to send us a quote, David Lyon came to measure the job and confirmed the details. Installation by Mark was done on time, fast, clean, friendly and the job looks amazing in our nearly completed new ensuite bathroom. We have not been able to test the new shower yet as painting is being done today, and plumbers and electricians will need to complete a few things. But looking forward to it. Thanks ...

Have two timber windows at rear of house. Moved into house October 2016. January 2017 wife complained she couldn't open windows. There appeared to be something orange between them. I gently applied pressure on awning and opened window. This was bought up at 12 month service call to which the builders' maintenance bloke scraped it off and re stained the windows. The process was streamlined and the quote and inclusions was clear to understand unlike other quotes. Richard the installer was polite, efficient and did an excellent job we are so very pleased with the final result and nothing was too much trouble for anyone including quote, payments and installation. I want to Thank all of the team as every step of the way was fantastic.
Other companies advised they would require 6-8 weeks and stegbar had this completed in 3 weeks for a large four bedrooms house.

My wife & I built a new architectual home which required a high level of knowledge and attention to detail which Dave went above and beyond to achieve a spectacular finish.
I truly believe without having Dave and the Stegbar company we would not have the caliber house that we have today
Dave was even on site on 2 days before christmas in 40+ degree weather to make sure the job was running smoothly

Stegbar sent Dan out to inspect my robe doors which had been installed some time ago. Dan quickly identified that there was a manufacturing fault which had led to some failure of the product. Dan was very accomodating and has arranged a complete rectification of the problem. Replacements scheduled for installation in a couple of weeks.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. New house, new showers and nothing but trouble. Main bathroom leaked had to fix myself. Ensuite shower frame began to come the off wall, then eventually repaired after waiting 2 weeks only to find the installer broke a screw on install. How he didn't know is beyond me, but then he couldn't get it all straight again, so basically did a botch job. Then the frame began to show rust/corrosion and after 6 phone calls, not 1 single return call, we were told over the phone that head office had refused the repair. ...
