We waited a long time for the Covid restrictions to ease , but when they did Trevor Thomas came round as soon as possible and carried out the measure up quickly and efficiently and with a pleasant manner. The quote followed as he said, we placed the order and await installation. So far really good, thanks Trevor.

My review towards Stegbar is they try to do there best in all departments and always aim to improve there safety rules,, I believe that they always put there employees first and try to improve all areas

Vanessa was very helpful and patient with our unconventional project, also changes and things we were unsure of. Our order moved quickly and she gave us confidence managing the technical details. Looking forward to receiving our product on the ship to King Island, Tas.

The installation done by Craig Dell of A Perfect Fit Window Installation was reliable, meticulous and professional, the workmanship was immaculate. We were able to see most of the job before Stage 4 restrictions, however Craig provided excellent communication and feedback in a time where we could not travel 5kms away from our current to our new home to sight the finished job. Highly recommended installer.

Jake has been great, arrived when he said he would, knowledge of his product and professional. I am looking forward to the finished products being installed and finishing off the kitchen

Andrew and Steve installed glass splashback. Very friendly, arrived on time and even pstiatly waited/helped remove range hood that prevented glass going in.Jake was sales rep and always pleasure to deal with. Only glitch was several of false starts with install dates for shower screen, but a sign of busy times for Stegbar I suspect.

Our Rep Jake is fantastic he measures up perfectly and his follow up service is great. The turn around time and communication has been great lately. Our service is reliant on our Rep Jake and he looks after everything for us.

My home was completed at the end of 2013 and had Stegbar double glazed windows and doors throughout. I contacted Stegbar Geelong within a few years of home completion to point out that moisture was between the double panes of glass in one of the windows.
I was told that they were no longer covered by any warranty. I pointed out that any reasonable person would expect the windows to present as they did on building completion for many, many years. Since then, an increasing number of windows now contain moisture and, in the case of the window in the photograph, there is, not only moisture, scum as well.

Had a sliding door put into my home end of November and the installer, Tory and his father, were excellent. Major issue was that Stegbar forgot to put a rivet into the door for the fly screen to lock and stop it from sliding further on - rendering it useless while I wait for a fix. I thought it wouldnt be a problem and they would be able to send someone out to fix it. Unfortunately the earliest they can do it is January. I understand that its a busy time but to have a fly screen thats sitting there useless for a month is pretty ridiculous - esp...

Excellent sturdy wardrobes. Functional and stylish. Couldnt have imagined them any better. Slight issue with initial measurement of the wardrobe but Stegbar sorted it out so wardrobe could still be installed the same day.

Those 2 old campaigners Andrew wood & Noel Davis arrived on time also leaving the worksite clean & tidy.

Their communication skills with myself, a client of Stegbar for over 30 years was a pleasure..

I got the product I requested. A fixed frosted aluminium window to match existing window where the unit was removed from. No more to add not like being asked to say more than I want to.

Stegbar Rowville where able to offer great quality of product & value for money for my recent window replacements. Collaborative approach was appreciated during installation phase particularly in consideration of existing building conditions & problem solving.
