Unsuitable for me
Tried a pair of these following positive reviews and strong advertising. After first wash holes appeared in the thread, and in all fairness the company replaced so good customer service. Trouble is they made my chaffing worse. They may work for you.
My partner purchased 12 pairs of these and they are awful! They have fallen apart after about 3 washes, the elastic has come loose, the stitching has come loose, they are pulling and are almost see through! I wash these on a cold delicate machine wash with my own underwear and they still don’t last! I’ve purchased cheap underwear from cotton on that have lasted longer then these! How this company advertises 5 star reviews on there website is clearly crap! Save your money or purchase Calvin Klein for the same price!
Not even slightly worth the hype or price
1. they're pieces of crap that are somehow being sold for $30
2. the whole, "anti ride up" is crap. they ride up.
3. wore them once and the seams around the little "cut before washing' tag just started to unravel. like as if they did even give enough of a crap to backstitch when they were sewing them.
4. The 'First Fit Guarantee isn't as great as they advertise it to be. first of all, you only get one chance to try out another size/style (which I mean I get because it's not like shipping is actually free) but its not just a matter of filling ou...
Very disappointing after reading heaps of reviews they are uncomfortable and ride up heaps and I am constantly pulling them down. Will not be buying them again.
Waste of money
I’m not one to write a review or be so negative but Step One undies are the worst. Forever riding up and pulling them back down my leg. Bought 7 pairs at a cost of $150. Total waste of money!
Purchased about 10 pairs but the last 2 pairs have been really bad quality with the seam coming away, come on step one step it up then they ask you to prove you purchase, well sorry I’m a busy person but if you looked into your account or sale then you’ll find my name number & purchase details
Got myself a pair... Here's my review:
$30 a pair!
Wicks away sweat- why are my family jewels wet?
Has a pouch- a sewn in seam isn't a pouch and my family jewels are stuck to my leg.
Has a non-roll band- crap, rolled over 3 times every time I straighten it.
STEP ONE, GET NONE.
- Bamboo Trunk (Shorter)
Erm! Not that good.
Had these less than 2 months, worn about 4 times, stitching coming undone/thinning near the cup area. Feel uncomfortable now.
I'd like to think its down to having a lot to pack in....but my wife says not!
I have also tried some from your competitors which seem to be better.
Overall too expensive for what you get in my opinion.
Can 15 pairs of normal pants to one of these, they look nice but the price is stupid.
They are well over price and over rated. At a much lower price i may consider another pair but they are not worth the price.
- Bamboo Trunk (Shorter)
Very disappointed with misleading promotion
The trunks are great however the free t-shirt offer is misleading. Placed an order for four pairs of trunks then After speaking to stepone apparently they are out of stock and the promotion has finished yet the adverts are still live all over social media. Very disappointed
But they continue ride up your leg when sitting
Think twice before buying a waste of $220 cheers
I think I just burned my money.
My balls are still uncomfortable AF despite claims you dont need to constantly adjust. Its just good marketing. Im disappointed.
Step one reached out to me and offered me 20% off voucher to try a smaller size but I honestly dont think its going to make a difference. They are tight around my waist but still ride up. They are definitely more comfortable than my kmart undies but doesnt work for skinny blokes. And the fabric is so thin I cant see them lasting very long. I feel like I am goingbto rip them putting them on and off.
After being pestered for years with these ads everywhere i go, i decided to give them a go, big waste. I was told they don't ride up, they do, I'm constantly having to pull them back down due to normal movement, otherwise they bunch up as high as possible. I was told you never have to readjust due to the patented pouch, this pouch is AWFUL! It is so high up, to make it work as prescribed you have to bunch all of your equipment together and pull them unnaturally high to utilise this pouch which leaves a very unfortunate bulge that is not really ...acceptable in polite society and if you choose not to use this pouch then the elastic lining digs into your equipment and is quite uncomfortable. I knew i wouldn't like these as i have always been a briefs person, but i decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and i immediately regret that decision. I don't recommend and will go out of my way to warn people against buying them.
Made in China
I don’t mind the product but after finding out they’re made on China, sorry guys it will be the last pair I buy.
So bad, now unwearable about 4 months.
I have written a review previously about the dreadful quality. Now a few months later, there are so many hole that they are unwearable. Stepone, I read your story, I now believe I have been taken for a ride, shame on you !
Questions & Answers
My husband is 96cm waist and 54cm around the leg. He prefers trunks but I see that the fly one says best for larger legs. Im not sure if my husband qualifies as larger legs or not or which would fit him better. 96cm waist doesn't appear on your size chart either. Any help most appreciated. Thank you
