Good but starting to chaff
Husband has been wearing them for a little while now bit they are starting to chaff him. It's a bit annoying.
Comfort but no thanks
The trunks are very comfortable. Problem was I developed a fungal rash in the area of the Ultraglyde. The bamboo is great for keeping cool but for me the Ultraglyde gave problems. Had to visit the docs for a cream to treat the rash and have stopped wearing the trunks.
Great comfort, suspect quality
Bought 8 pairs and have worn them pretty much exclusively since they arrived. They are the most comfortable pants I’ve owned and do not ride up or cause rubbing even after long walks.
6 months in though 3 pairs have developed holes around the waste band which is not good enough at this price.
I have held off buying more as I expect them to last longer than that, In comparison my CK’s lasted a lot longer before showing any wear.
The colours and overall quality are great. But there’s so many other brands out there that are as good if not better.
Add that kanga pouch STEPONE.
More supports where it’s at!!
I bought these to try for their anti chafing quality. Very comfortable but they still ride up. I have bought quite a few pairs and most seem to have the same problem. I don’t have tree trunk legs but they’re not chicken legs either ! Also the elastic in the waist doesn’t stay flat , tending to roll which makes it a bit uncomfortable.might have to keep looking
Had to come back and buy more as the first pair were too small, hoping upping size will be better
Great material and fit
Loved the material and fit of these undies, except wish pouch was larger and more defined, like they have on the Obviously brand of undies, which have a more comfortable fit
Very comfy undies
Most comfortable undies ever worn ,unfortunately the first lot I bought the waist elastic wouldn’t keep its shape which made it fell like it was very tight to wear ,leaving red marks on my skin ,so I have probably 8 I don’t wear now because of that ,the newer ones seem ok ,but only time will tell ,I like the variety of colours
Not what I was expecting
I bought the trunks and they constantly rode up and I had to readjust every half an hour. They also started falling apart after around 8 months. I’m trying the boxers next to see if I just had bad luck.
The trunks were brilliant and did everything that said they would do. So, no chafing etc. However, what I didn't expect was a hole in them after a few months. And then my email to the company was ignored. So, disappointing in the end.
Waist band doesn’t like belly.
One problem I have found is, if you’re in your 60s and have a belly like mine, the waist band folds in half.
a little disappointed
Bought 20 pairs at Christmas for the males and they rated them very comfortable only trouble after 3-4 months they have holes between the legs, 2 pairs have threaded and one torn at the inside seam. Perhaps needs better panelling on inner leg.
The ride up problem is still evident in these. They told me to size up but they fit fine...
Got the shorter length but they still ride up even with skinny legs. Found them to ride up more than regular cheap undies. Got told to size up but have already gotten my refund. Should probably list them as a size smaller so people know to size up. Quality was really good and feels nice to the hand. They’re comfy and very stretchy but they did ride up HEAPS...
Nice fit but they ride up
Nice comfort fit but damn they ride up and cause blistering when walking or sitting constantly having to readjust the shorts
- Bamboo Trunk (Shorter)
Close, but no banana
OK, I was *really* excited to try Step One undies and bought 4 pairs.
I'm no John Holmes, but being a bit above average I often get uncomfortable and have to adjust the troops.
I've had them for a few weeks now.
Mostly they're spot on, the only issue I have is I find the 3d Comfort Pouch **really** uncomfortable to the point I dread wearing them.
Because the pouch is elasticated, the seams left, right and bottom stick out by about 4 mm and they're not particularly soft. The centre seam isn't soft. The pouch doesn't really seam [pun intended] ...to do do anything. It performs no differently to a non-elasticated pair. It doesn't expand, cuddle and loving cradle your lunch, instead the end of my lunch constantly sits and rubs on the seam. Not in a nice way. I spend the majority of the day ratting down my pants trying to move myself off the seam.
Questions & Answers
Why is it that we who buy trunks don’t get the option of a fly like the boxer boys do, we have to either undo our jeans or mess about trying to pull the side up to have a pee
Can you use the toilet without taking off your trousers
