Step One Bamboo Men's Trunk (Shorter)

Unfortunately these trunks weren’t for my body shape. But their first pair guarantee was quickly offered a replacement or a refund without my even asking. Great customer service

Been wearing these since before the tv ads, best jocks out there! Not to mention the unbelievable custer service, i emailed step one about a sizing queary at 1030pm on a Saturday and within 30 minutes had a new pair sent out to try on!!

With lots of similar ads bombarding you for similar products I tried Step One. Zero regrets, excellent quality and even better customer service.

I ordered 4 pairs of the trunks, got them, they were too small. I contacted the Step One team. True to their word, I got an email hours later telling me how the issue can be resolved. I followed the staffs helpful directions & replacement items were shipped in less than 48 hours. Step One, a pleasure to wear & deal with.

Ordered medium trunks and they were too small, customer service responded immediately (on a weekend even!) and had a replacement pair ordered the same day. Super fast service! And I love the product so far! Only criticism is that the waist measurements on the selection buttons at the top of the product page are a little different than the measurements on the size guide further down the page.

Took a while to be able to return because it was hard to find a return address but after that it was all good and quick

As a long time customer and having purchased numerous large size trunks, I encountered an issue regarding the size of a purchased pair that did not fit correctly. The customer service to resolve this issue was exceptional and very satisfying. I remain as a loyal customer and have purchased a pair since as I love the quality of the trunk products. Amazing customer service and super responsive. The underwear itself we can't fault. Quality is definitely worth it. You should make some for women!

The product is very soft but I think the sizing is not quite correct very close. But more importantly the replacement part of their product is not very easy.No worries, you are covered under our First Pair Agreement, however, I can give you two options at this point:

Option 1: Send a single replacement - please confirm the style, colour, and size
Option 2: A 25% off total basket code - no expiry

The code is valid for 1-time use, regardless of quantity, so if you do go with it, use it wisely :)

Finally bit the bullet and bought some Step Ones…

Unfortunately one pair had a small hole in them on opening. I emailed the customer service team over the weekend, and within 12 hours a replacement order had been placed.

You really can’t fault their customer service.

Had a small issue with a order we got the wrong size john was fantastic helped us get it all sorted and the quality of the product is amazing who new underwear was so good

I ordered the wrong size but was able to return unopened packet and swapped with no dramas.
