The first lot 7 I ordered where nice fit but a little tight on the waist. I wrote but go no reply. The next 7 I purchased I thought i would try a firmer leg and the trunks are to tight on the waist. they are nice in the leg. My wife has come up on the account.
Stitching is coming apart after only a couple of months. Very disappointing!
Only bought one pair to try them.
Glad I did.
Disappointed is an understatement!
No chafing - wrong!
No rolling up - wrong!
No more adjusting-wrong!
Only good thing about it is the quality of the material. Such a disappointment

too tight around waist
Ordered large as that's my normal size but found them to tight around waist
Extra large would have been better for me
Not as good as first thought
The quality of these step one bamboo trunks have really let me down.
The elastic waist bands quite simply suck sorry
After 6 months... holes?!?
I'm a fairly large fella that has big needs. Underwear has gone by the wayside long ago due to being very uncomfortable. That changed with step 1. Yes they are amazingly comfy... however I've noticed that after as little as 6 months after I have begun wearing a pair, they're developing holes in the coloured parts, especially around the butt end. This has really sadden me as I thought if found a solution to my underoo needs. But with the price I'm paying per pair, to only get as little a 6 months out of them before they begin falling apart? Sor...ry but that's not good value for. Money in my book. I can't afford to keep buying these if they're gonna fail on my fat butt. I'll have to go back to freeballing on a daily basis and deal with the extremely painful swear rashes. Pity really, I was enjoying the pain free period.
I bought these for my partner. He works outdoors and walks all day. They were good to start with but as time went on, (only had them for about 5 weeks) these trunks gave him major chaffing in the groin area, worse than before I bought them.
Not good, and hurts like hell.
customer service was nice enough to send me a size up as i needed a bigger size than usual. but stil these trunks have the tightest waistband and it always feels like im being suffocated and im not even large. my legs always feel sweaty and wet when wearing this i simply cannot wear them. the leg on the shorter trunk is so long that it is annoying. it should be way shorter. again customer service was great y sending me extra pairs but nope. cant wear them
Elastic waist on every pair go weird despite cold washing also seem to get tighter thought they were good new but I am spoon changing my mind after wearing and washing

Product is ok! Just disappointed that they release a new colour but don’t that one as a stock item.
The website is user friendly.
Definitely not impressed with product range. Would be good if they could expand colour options permanently.
Average quality, we bought 15 pairs for Christmas, 9 of them have seams coming apart.
Not as good as made out
I purchased one pair as I was sceptical about them and felt they were rather expensive, but decided to give the benefit of the doubt. I put them on the day I received them, and noticed the legs DO ride up. I find them no better than any other Trunks I have purchased.
Make sure you order the right size and the claim they don’t ride up.
I ordered the wrong size, sent the unopened pairs back in return for the correct size. It has been over a month and I still have not received my replacement. I wonder if they would have let me pay for the items a month after receiving them.
In addition, the claim they don’t ride up when you squat is complete crap!

Does not live up to the Hype
I bought these thinking that they would solve the problem associated with all Chinese underwear.
Band rollover is the plague of mens underwear made from synthetic material and these are no different.
Once you wash them a few times the elastic in the band becomes buckled and crimped, you can roll it out with your fingers to flatten the band but eventually, it will roll back over.
Regardless, cotton underwear is still the ants pants because these synthetic products just can't cut it in the long term.
Just for comparison I have added another photo of cotton briefs made from cotton that I have had for over 12 months and it shows no rollover what so ever
Not worth the purchase price for claims made on the product.
Revised review (24/4/20). Bumped up one star for the customer service.
I always do fair reviews based on the price of a product. I'm not interested in bagging, negativity or unnecessary put down of companies. I was hoping these would work as I liked the feel of the first pair I got. They rose up about 50%, 100% of the time. I took the gamble and bought 5 more which was a mistake. They rode up 100%, 100% of the time. Look good and feel good, but in terms of the biggest selling point of "NEVER" riding up - they did exactly that all the t...ime. They either roll up (like dough coiling) or slide/push up. It isn't a sizing issue as I have a 31/32" waist (gym fit) which is a medium size. Paid $100 for 5 pairs, so now have thrown 6 pairs for $129 in the bin. The ads the company do in my opinion are great. Corny and meant to be cringe worthy. Unfortunately, it's all about marketing and not about the product. If you have a 32" waist you MUST purchase the large size as the sizing runs small. The trick to cost control is pumping products out of China using the least about of material as possible while bumping up the size label at the same time. Probably cost $1.50 to make each pair then putting a $29 price tag on each. Having worn the large size I was sent they probably rise up the leg about 30% of the way, so not perfect, but happy to compromise. Will probably purchase 2 more pairs simply as a variation from my other brands, and for the softness - but if you have 10 to 15 pairs of undies in your wardrobe, 3 of these would be the maximum you'd have. Verdict:
Questions & Answers
I’m trying to order the new blue bottles but it keeps showing the smashed avocado picture. I’m afraid to order because I don’t want to get the wrong one. Is it just the picture which is wrong ??
