Have never reviewed a product before, these jocks are so seriously great that I’ve had to jump on and write one. I’ve got tree trunks for legs, always have a tough time buying leg related clothes, these bad boys fit perfectly, don’t ride up, keep everything where it’s meant to be and the Lycra panels really do make your legs glide together. No chaffing at all!! Got a 4 pack to start with, on day 5 after arrival I had to revert to a pair of the old ginch, felt like I’d strapped some sandpaper on.. So impressed that I’ve just dialled in and doubled my fleet. Don’t listen to any of the odd propaganda reviews; Do yourself a favour lads, take the dive, your getaway sticks will thank you!

Had an issue with the sizing which was sorted out very quickly and without hesitation. Your nuts if you dont try this underwear, they are what they claim to be. The professional manner in which this company conducts itself and the customer service to boot puts it at the top of the tree in my opinion. Im a fussy bugger but i will definitely be investing in more. Thank you Matt for your professional service.

First pair was to small but was sent a bigger size at no charge, find them very comfortable compared to underwear ive been wearing. Only issue I have is the colour choices in your large sizes, there is a saying if you build it they will come, pretty sure if you made they would sell,I know I would buy between 7 and 15 pairs if I had a choice in your colours

No cut in the front to take an annoying without pulling them down

Slightly longer then expected but the most comfortable I have worn. I do a lot of walking and no longer have chaffing. Not having to a just every few minutes has also impressed my wife.

I purchased four pairs for my son and he loved them so much I have now purchased some for my husband and son-in-laws and some more for my son. I hope they love them as much as my son did.

It's so annoying and itchy worse clothing item out there,

Rides up and squashes my manhood,
Washed it couple times and it's stitching is already pulling out,

I bought 4 x short trunks in medium as my husband is a size 87. He sweats ALOT in our line of work so thought these would be good for him. Alas, these ones do ride up, so I was straight on to customer service to see if something could be done. I emailed them around 8pm at night, thinking I won’t hear from someone till the next day.....well I was shocked when Matt replied literally within 10mins saying he can post out a small size for my husband to try! Just want to do a shout out to Matt for exceptional customer service, thank you so much!

Hey,i'm 59 and have never been able to find a good fitting pair of undies,until now! I have never paid a price like this but Worth every cent! I've just brought my 2nd pair and will be getting more and My son will be now getting some. I hope they(stepone) stay around for a long time.I don't usually buy any clothes online,but,this was effortless with all the measurements etc. Thank You from the happy chappy!

Very comfy, really does glide and feels super cool and dry. So glad I bought four pairs so I can always have one pair on! I recommended you bigger blokes out there go for it!

Sizing needs to be better. I picked my waist size, which fits me perfect, but around the leg and pouch area is loose. I find myself adjusting them all day. I won't buy them again. Too expensive for what they claim to work but doesn't .

their site suggests getting one size larger.

even going one size larger is not big enough unless theyre ment to be so tight you cant breathe. i bought the long and short ones as i didn't know which would br better. but they're both uncomfortable.

comfortable enough, but stupidly expensive. The first pair l bought were the size l usually get in other clothes (xl) but they're just a bit too big. So now l'm waiting on a couple of size L

So my first pair for blue boxers were good, I then order 4 pairs of the same but black colour. They are a completely different material all plasticy and too tight!
I feel ripped off as the first pair were good and then I bite and buy 4 pairs only for them to be trash

These are by far the best underwear I have ever worn, comfortable is an understatement. The website was easy to use and I found what I wanted easily with a good selection. The quality is really good and the after sales service is second to none.

The waist band folds and stays that way and the material is so thin they last only a month or so. Bamboo underwear by ‘Boody’ and much more practical and durable.

website is easy and the product is good quality and variety is good i just didn't get the right size got the xl trunk but i needed l trunk. i will know for next time

Comfortable super functional, I have large inner thighs and chafe when ever i exercise, Step One are life savers. No more need for hot sweaty compression wear. Customer service can not be beaten, they set the bar so high, highly recommended. An incorrect size choice made by myself was dealt with super fast and they replaced the both pairs and they only requested i return the un open pair. Between myself and teenage boys we are about to buy big and replace our undies draw with Step One

Where do they find all these tiny little people that as supposed to fit into these cloths? I'm just an average larger sized guy, and can't get their 3X past my knees. If I do pull them all the way up, they are like a cheap hotel, (no ball room) and they cut off circulation to my legs. How about some larger sizes, (leg sizes especially) that will fit real people that count their waist above their hips, not halfway down their back sides.
