Have never reviewed a product before, these jocks are so seriously great that I’ve had to jump on and write one. I’ve got tree trunks for legs, always have a tough time buying leg related clothes, these bad boys fit perfectly, don’t ride up, keep everything where it’s meant to be and the Lycra panels really do make your legs glide together. No chaffing at all!! Got a 4 pack to start with, on day 5 after arrival I had to revert to a pair of the old ginch, felt like I’d strapped some sandpaper on.. So impressed that I’ve just dialled in and doubled my fleet. Don’t listen to any of the odd propaganda reviews; Do yourself a favour lads, take the dive, your getaway sticks will thank you!

It was really easy to find the right product toward what I was looking for and the full range offered was an ease to navigate within.
The product came has a very high quality and really comfortable.
It just didn’t prove what was advertised on the tin.

2 weeks ago (2nd July) I ordered 7 pairs of the Boxer Briefs in all different colours. After 7 days, I contacted Step One wondering why they had not been dispatched, and last Saturday I received a reply, telling me that my order had been stuck on "Pending" status, because the Cookie Monster colour was no longer available. Rochell was very polite and helpful. I told her to replace them with the Butternuts colour instead.

Good website. Easy to order the right size.
Delivery was really slow but to be fair that’s hard to judge during COVID.
Good design and cut producing good comfort.
Stitching protruding in a couple of spots and digging in. Had to be trimmed with scissors.
Hole in the bum after the first wearing.
Very expensive especially considering the poor quality.
Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend to anyone else and definitely wouldn’t purchase again.

I found the perfect boxers today...and they weren't step one! (Icebreaker merino)
The material used in these feels amazing, until the rigid, sand paper like waist band gets you! Got a bit if ball discomfort as well! Also, these are slow drying. But I definitely got sucked in by the ads! Baaa! Good concept, needs refining (soft waistband).

Very comfortable but unfortunately they developed large holes in the material after only wearing once. This happened to all 3 pairs so it wasn't just a one off. Would not recommend based on my experience.

The sizing is all over the place no 2 pairs are a like, stitching fell apart on 2 out of 5 pairs. Shipping took forever, I know auspost were under the pump durrimg COVID. Still rides up, never chaffed before until i tried them. Definitely not as comfortable as they are made out to be, had to purchased another brand as they are virtually un wearable

Bought 1 pair to trial! Trying on. Unlikely to repeat, no fly serious ommision in design especially for Senior citizens who tend to pee more often plus too many goods Made in China these days!

I want to start off by saying that the customer service was faultless and I had no problem dealing with Step One while interacting with them.

I have big quads and big glutes from many hours in the gym and playing sport over the years - and like all the guys in the adverts, historically I have struggled with underwear riding up all the time and feeling too tight etc. (I have always had to buy loose fitting boxers one size up, which end up being not so loose fitting). Seems good when you first wear them, but after just 2 or 3 washes the fit changes and they ride up worse than other underwear, the colour fades very quickly.

They seem comfortable when you’re not moving. As soon as you’re moving the inner seam down the middle of the pouch means a lot of adjustment is necesarry. Not for me. Get rid of the seam would be my advice.

I’m wearing them now and need keep putting them up as they keep rolling down. And there aren’t made Australia only designed not worth the price when cheaper pairs I don’t have this problem

The undies are overall comfortable, and you notice immediately that the upper inner leg and the male 'bits' are well catered for, which is great!...unfortunately, the seam between the 'no-chaff' item between the legs and the rest of the undies are very uncomfortable and rub, creating a different area for a 'rash' with a relatively uncomfortable 'sewing join'.... They can't be worn for very long distance walking

I ordered the wrong size, sent the unopened pairs back in return for the correct size. It has been over a month and I still have not received my replacement. I wonder if they would have let me pay for the items a month after receiving them.

In addition, the claim they don’t ride up when you squat is complete crap!

Against all claims up they rode, no difference to any others I've tried. They are comfortable to wear but only until they end up bunched at the top of the leg. Shame but they are not for me.

i bought Step one previously and had a long wait despite paying for the express postage, got the underwear, they did great just as advertised, I was impressed enough to order again, selected express postage, 2 weeks later and there is still no dispatch notice and my email enquiry has gone unanswered.

The fit is great BUT they don't last, holes only after a few weeks. There are many people saying the same thing. We even wash them in a delicate s wash bag and we do not have a dryer. So sorry step one its the product not our washing machine. If you improve the quality ring us you will have a customer in us for life but with 3 pairs out of seven failing in a few weeks NO THANKS. I was really excited to try on my FIRST pair of Step One underwear. I received the package this morning, opened it up... it did not live up to my expectations.

The SIZING was completely fine!

I was expecting at least some sort of thick-ish material, but disappointingly, the material is as thin as THIN!! They feel so fragile, one stretch and I feel like they'll tear and become useless!!!

Opening it from the package, without even wearing it yet, I already see a hole in the seam of the crotch!!

I had really high expectations for this brand, but unfortunately, the underwear just does not live up to what claims to be... for the price, you really expect it to be thick, decent quality!!

When you first put them on there fine , but then as the day progresses they drift down , and when that happens your jewels are again not contained , also the band always tends to fold , so no im not happy with them , and unfortunately i bought eight of them .

Looks great.. gives no breathing room for male jewels.. they are literally like bike pants with a fancy name. They do stop chaffing, but a differemr material should be used

I purchased 1 pair of the longer version for my husband but thought they werw a little expensive . He loves the lycra section and the leg length but despises the fact there is no fly. Finds it very inconvenient without and for thus reason alone would not purchase additional jocks. Now if you were to improve the design by incorporating a fly you'd have the perfect pair of jocks.
