A good card with some nice rewards

I signed up for this card because of the QFF points offered as a sign up bonus, and the low annual fee, but I found the sign up process frustrating. After being approved for the card I then had to go in to the branch to confirm my identification which was inconvenient. From what I have read online this doesn't happen to everyone, but it was annoying all the same.

Apart from that I found the card useful and easy to use. I tried both the iOS and Android apps and they worked well, and I was able to close the account easily from within the app without having to call and speak with anyone.
