Didn't turn up
John called out early February 2019, and after several efforts on my part to get a quote, agreed on a start date of 8th April. No one turned up and when I contacted the company was told they were running two weeks behind but hadn't bothered to advise me. We then agreed on the first week in May as a start date and an invoice for the deposit was to be emailed to me. That is the last contact I had with the company, and it's now mid June. It's good for them if they have so much work they don't need more, but surely an email to advise they are no longer interested or available isn't too much to ask?
