The flavour of the rainbow paddle pop has changed as well as the quantity in the box also. Ten paddle pops originally now there are only six in the box

Why change the rainbow??

published

Not only have they reduced numbers which in itself is a shame (however typical of corporate greed) but the recipe has been changed.. if I wanted a billabong I would have bought one.. Arnott's changed the BBQ shapes to public disgust and accepted their error and returned to us our beloved biscuits.. Street's, we beg you to please grant us our known luxuries and give us our original rainbow paddle pops.. you've ruined something great.. fix your errors..

Cheap and Nasty

published

Whose bright idea was it to change the Rainbow Paddle Pop flavour, this person needs to be sacked. Why change a good thing, when I was growing up the Paddle Pop use to have a fuller figure and now with peer pressure it gone skinny. I will be returning the rest as it is not fit for purpose. Looks like I will have to start buying Peters

Dead End Streets

Rainbow Paddle Pops have been one of our favourite ice creams for years. We bought a box from Coles last week and not only have the number per box decreased, but we immediately noticed the recipe had changed. The taste and consistency, which was perfect before, is now reminiscent of the also changed Peters Billabongs. Absolutely disgusting. What were Streets thinking? We will not be buying again until such time as they return to the original recipe. Terrible.

No rainbow after this storm

published

Is the new Streets Rainbow Paddle Pop recipe a sick joke? This was the treat of choice for my family and the kids always had a great laugh at how quickly the box would disappear. This marks the end of a joyful era and the beginning of a dessert-free life for us. So sad today.

Another Customer lost.

published

We were buying 3x boxes of 10 per fortnight. They were economical for us and yum. Not anymore. More expensive and certainly not worth the extra cost. Shapes had to bring back their original's. perhaps to keep consumers Streets will need to do the same.

Don't fix it if it ain't broke.

What was once a good thing now tastes like absolute garbage. Ruined by some sort of corporate crap no doubt. I'm sure the dogs will love them. Such a waste.

Paddlepoops not paddlepops!

published

Was very annoyed to find streets rainbow paddlepops had gone from 10 in a box to 6! But that was nothing compared to my first taste.. the oily film on the inside of your mouth and then the horrid after taste. Almost made me grateful there were on 6 in a box! Of course I had bought 2 box's thinking they were on special. Will be taking them back tomorrow

It's gone from 'BEST' to 'REST' in peace.

Dissapointed

published

Apparently they changed some of the ingredients so that they would be in code with school canteens which businesses wise makes sense but just all round dissapointing for us that want to enjoy them at home every now and again they were my favourite but now it’s just different and not a good different. Not disgusting but when you expect something to taste a certain way it’s frustrating when it’s not what you wanted

Well you have just killed off your Rainbow Paddlepops! They now taste bland and terrible. Why change? I won’t be buying these anymore now so you’ve lost another customer. Very disappointing
