Never use this company. Extremely rude

The director [Name Removed] came to my property, after a few follow up calls as he kept forgetting to call me back. Promised a quote by Friday. Sent him text Saturday morning 9.30am.
Rudely messaged me “get someone else “ when I simply asked him when can I get the quote or something similar.
Rude, unprofessional, unreliable
