From start to finish, Chris and his team acted as true professionals coming up with multiple options and a recommendation that was spot on. We love the new awning over the BBQ area which was installed as promised and without fault. Chris's team were timely, courteous and cleaned up completely when finished.

Love my new blinds - excellent service by a team who know their products
We were recommended to contact Style Group by a friend, after having met with 4 different companies to provide quotes for blinds in our new dining area. Sue was prompt and able to meet with my partner first, and then also offered to come back to allow me to see the stock, at short notice. Our blinds arrived within the specified lead time and the installation was done neatly and quickly. We are extremely pleased with our motorised blinds - which no other company offered the flexibility of, for that price. I would definitely recommend Style Group again.

Jack and Blake (installers) were very informative with how to run the flooring direction, answered all questions and helped sort out the stair trim in the neatest and visually appealing way.

I needed to replace blinds in both my daughter's bedrooms. I did the initial measuring and then called up for advice. They helped me find the right items and I placed the order late on Wednesday. By Friday morning the blinds were delivered, leaving me the task of self-installation over the weekend. They fit perfectly, and I have two happy children.

Unprofessional, Terrible Customer Service, Zero Liability
Beware! Read this before considering "STYLE GROUP"
We chose to support a small business, never again.
Started off with the Installation guy not showing up. The appointment was for 2pm. He called at 2:30 to let me know that he wasn't coming.
We organised another day for the installation, he showed up on time only to find out that 2 blinds had been miss measured and would have to be altered and then reinstalled another day.
On the 3rd visit for the reinstallation we expressed our frustration and were told that we would be "looked after" ...

We had used Style Group to put internal shutters, venetians and an outdoor shutter in our home. They have been very professional with all our dealings. The completion dates, the product and the contact we have had has been outstanding. I would highly recommend the Style Group to all.
Great service from flooring to shutters!
We have used the Style Group at Jindalee now for the supply of our bamboo timber floor as well as two separate installation of shutters. I have nothing but good things to say about them from their sales people through to their install guys. Great service, good prices and absolute quality product. Thoroughly recommend them!
Terrible customer service and failed to deliver goods
Decided to support a local family business. Big Mistake! Promised delivery 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks in and more excuses. The owner, when speaking to him at a home show asked how we liked our blinds. When told we haven't had them installed he seemed surprised. Told us he would look into it. Well that didn't happen. I ended up ringing 3 times in one day to find out what was going on i was told they would get back to me. They couldn't even be bothered to contact me by phone but to email me! They stated that their freight company had lost the article a...nd it wasn't their fault and it would be hopefully later in the week before we could expect delivery. After waiting yet again we decided to call in to discuss our concerns and had to unfortunately deal with the owners wife who was coming up with all excuses and screaming at us, obviously she doesn't know how to go about sorting out problems. It was finally agreed that if the blinds weren't installed by Friday then we would get our deposit back. On the Thursday before the deadline we had a call to say that they had all of the components but would be refunding our deposit. The impression we got was "now we have them, you are not getting them" but after the non existent customer service that we encountered I wouldn't of wanted them even if they were given to us for free. It has made us rethink whether to support local businesses after this shocking experience. Never ever would I recommend this business to anyone.
Great service all round. Chris gave me several options for my installation. I decided to do my own measurements (a mistake i realise now). Chris double checked a quickly let me know of my errors, and i am so glad he did. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about using them.
Fail - Customer service, fullfilling warranty obligation
In December 2013 we placed an order for plantation shutters, blinds, and other window treatments. The order was satisfied and installed in the set time frame. There was a minor installation issue which was resolved quickly and when they came out to fix it, we showed them the split in the shutter frame, and pointed out that across the largest window the shutters did not meet, resulting in a coverage gap.
We were advised that it would be about 6 weeks post Christmas for a new screen to arrive. No problem, completely understand, due mid Februa...ry. In following that up, we were advised the factory had lost the order and another order would be placed, approximately 4-6 weeks, now due end of March. In following that up, we were advised the guy who was to place the order forgot, so a new order would be placed, another 4-6 weeks, now due mid May. At the end of May we rang again, this time to be advised the there was some confusion within the factory and that essentially the order was never processed. Another order would be placed, due in 4-6 weeks, now mid July. After not hearing from the Jindalee office by end of July, we were advised that the guy who was to place the order had had an accident and never got around to placing it. Another 4-6 weeks, now due mid September, we would be contacted when it was ready. Following yet more prompting from us, Pxxxx texted on 22nd September, to confirm that once again nothing had been done and she would be looking after it. Another 4-6 week wait, now due end of October. Despite texting and emailing, we are now heading into December with no solution in sight. We have exhausted our faith in the Jindalee store who are either, at the mercy of a maniacal factory (less likely) or completely uninterested in following up warranty work.
