As above I was about to purchase a $1000 worth of shoes but the check out system has not been working for four hours. During this time read reviews and decided not to proceed. Thanks for the reviews.
Poor service at best
Ordered a pair of shoes from Style tread weeks ago, money was taken out and order confirmed. I was sent an email saying they were packing my order.
It was supposed to take 4 days to arrive being Christmas I allowed extra time so let the week run out. I sent numerous emails following up my order to be sure it would arrive before Christmas and no response. Called them today and was told they sold out and won't be able to get any. After weeks of them knowing this they have now left me with having to replace the order via somewhere else and waiti...
Can't speak highly enough StyleTread. From the accurate advertising, prompt (amazing) delivery time, wonderful, courteous customer service people (Tamara in particular) who answered my emails within hours, the beautiful packaging ... every aspect amazing. Several pairs of shoes later and I have nothing but praise and recommendation for this company. Thank you StyleTread!
Bought shoes from style Tread , I received them within the time frame giving with full tracking details. The shoes are am amazing they look good and so comfortable can't wait to wear them on the upcoming family wedding
Poor item descriptions
I have been reasonably happy with my purchases but they have been limited. Disappointed with some item descriptions which aren't exactly accurate. It seems this company doesn't take much notice of bad reviews or suggestions for improvement. I emailed some time ago about the descriptions for shoes asking for the sole to be photographed so one could see if it was a "grippy" sole or smooth and dangerous. Got a response saying "we'll look into it", but I notice still no photo of the soles of shoes. Probably won't buy from them again.
Faulty shoes and a ridiculous return policy
My men’s boots I bought broke the second day I wore them. To receive new shoes I had to ruin them even more by cutting the tongue out. I found this such a waste of time and instead I would have liked to have donated them to charity. It’s been 1 month now and I still haven’t received my new boots. Very slow and tedious returns policy. Never again!!
Can't recommend this website enough! I bought some shoes and the website had a great size guide, free shipping for purchases over $65 and they were at my door 3 days after I purchased them and they are exactly how they looked on the website. Thank you Styletread for my amazing shoes!
Service gone down the toilet
Styletread used to be so good. I used to recommend them to anyone who would listen now I can't warn you off them enough. Since they moved to Melbourne in July it all went down hill. Used to take 2 to 5 days to return and then get refund. It took me 3 follow ups and a week to get an item returned on 20 July. I followed up on 7 August about my refund and told it was coming soon. Now 5 September and still no word. Shockingly bad. Won't ever use again.

Awful customer service - great shoes
I am so disappointed with the customer service from Styletread. I rang with an issue and they couldn't help I was promised a return call and it never happened. So I emailed them and again no response. I ended up making a purchase and the shoes are lovely but it will be my last purchase. I ended up paying more than three times the original pair of shoes I wanted to buy too. Not happy!
You are given what is advertised and with fast delivery.
Quality of the shoes is a manufacture issue and not style tread, as they are only stockists and therefore meeting a demand for certain shoes and brands. I had to return mine as they where faulty. The lady I e-mailed (Alexandra) was really lovely and followed up on my enquiry. Online stores and workers are under high pressure to meet demands so I always factor in this and expect accordingly.
A large ammount of business websites only post positive reviews, thats why we have this website!

First-time customer. Bought shoes on Monday night and they arrived Wednesday morning. I thought The Iconic was quick with its deliveries but StyleTread takes the cake!
Also signed up to their email list and got $10 off my purchase which made it that much sweeter.
Can't wait to use these guys again.
Reviews are rigged
As other people have mentioned on here, I wrote a review for a pair of boots I bought which were a weird shape in real life and looked cheap (they were not). I received a response that my review did not meet the guidelines and would not be published. That is very dodgy. So they only publish positive reviews?? Hmmmm.
Also, the shoes that I did return were marked 'received' by ParcelPoint tracking over a week ago, and I have heard nothing so I logged into my account on the ST website and it says 'you have no returns' BUT WAIT, there's more... ...Look at my purchases and it says 'you have no purchases'. What the actual guys??? Still waiting on a reply to my strongly worded email. I will not buy from StyleTread again. By comparison, I bought some shoes on the Iconic, returned them and got a refund within 24 hours. Watch and learn, ST.
Very unhappy customer
I purchased a pair of boots from Styletread last month. I received the boots quickly which was amazing but they were faulty and as I had payed nearly $200 for them I returned them with Australia Post returns. I had no conformation email from Styletread to say they had received them so I tracked them on Australia Post tracking and they had been delivered. After about a week I rang Styletread to see what was happening with my return and was given a story that they were moving their warehouse so there would be delays in processing the return. Anot...her week passed still no communication and then another week...nothing. I rang Styletread again with no satisfaction, and then decided to make a claim through PayPal. Another week passed still nothing so I rang again and was told that since I had made a claim with PayPal they couldn't process the order until I removed the claim. I then contacted Pay Pal and they told me this wasn't so, because if I closed the claim, Pay pal could 't do anything if I wasn't refunded. At this point Styletread have the boots and my money. I rang them again to give them another chance to do the right thing as under Australian consumer law I am entitled to a full refund especially when the goods are faulty and they said the same thing that I had to close the claim in order to get a refund. So I had no option but to escalate that claim to a dispute and I am now awaiting the outcome. I have purchased quite a few pairs of shoes from Styletread and always been very happy I can't understand why this was a problem!

My experience in the last to purchases have been extremely disappointing .One I brought a pair of ankle books,when they arrived none of the side zips worked and one boot appeared to have been worn. Returning the product was simple with the refund being made with no fuss.

Styletread are the best website from which to purchase shoes and boots. I sat down at lunchtime yesterday and ordered a perfect pair of red boots for a wedding. Twenty fours hours later I am wearing my Dorothy boots. They are so comfy and really well priced. Every pair that I have ordered from Styletread have been exactly as they looked on the site. Reviews are biased
There are so many choices on styletrend and I often use the product reviews on their website to help me narrow down the options. I recently ordered a pair of shoes from styletrend which had a 4.9/5 rating based on other people's reviews on the product. When the shoes arrived I found them very small for the given size and one shoe had completely discoloured patchy leather due to cheap materials. I returned them, then styletrend asked me for a review. I wrote down exactly what was wrong with the shoes and why I had returned them, sugessting that ...other buyers should order a size larger and be aware of flaws. A few hours later I got an email from styletrend saying that my review did not meet their guidelines and they would not publish it. I read the guidelines, which only said no offensive language, no contact details and no customer service issues, none of which were in my review. I am really disappointed that their review system is biased towards good reviews only and actual useful reviews are purposefully omitted if they are negative towards a product. I know I should have know better but I just found it to be really dishonest!
Unbelievable! Purchased boots Thursday they arrived Friday. I've been eyeing these boots off for awhile and decided to I go for it . Beltrami Vitello Italian leather taupe boots are fabulous perfect fit, height and colour, leather is so soft. 5 stars styletread *****
I ordered a pair of shoes for an upcoming holiday, it was the last advertised pair, I paid.
A week later I was emailed saying they had sold the last pair to someone else, I was given a $20 voucher.
I then reordered using a the voucher, then finally recieved my shoes.
I was disappointed in the length of time it took for a reply and the voucher value.
My confidence in this company is low, 2 stars.
Questions & Answers
Has anyone complied with the email they send asking you to send them a snapshot of your transaction for security reasons? I find it very odd after I just purchased two pairs of shoes. Not sure I want to continue with the transaction..
Never received the email request as I did not purchase anything from them after the poor service from their customer service personnel.
I purchased the items from another supplier and will never deal with this organisation.
Hi Oriana, That sounds a bit odd to me as I've never received an email asking for a snapshot of my transaction. I'd be suspicious. Before you send anything via email, I'd recommend calling Styletread to see what exactly they want it for. It sounds too much like a phishing email to me.
