Recieved a pair of shoes $159.95....The soles were dirty and they had NO other packaging other than the original box!.

Worst customer service ever
I bought a pair of rose gold Django & Juliette heels and had only worn them a couple of times when the heel came off. Because I was just out of the warranty period they refused to do anything about it. I also emailed Django and Juliette only to realise they are the same people. I didn’t even receive a reply to my email. I was told by Styletread because the shoes hadn’t been worn and were sitting in my cupboard that’s why the heel fell fell off. How ridiculous a shoe that’s worth $160 shouldn’t have the heel come off after a couple of wears. I w...as told too like others have said to take it to a bootmaker. I don’t have one close by me and why should I pay for the heel to be fixed? I was treated very badly and will tell everyone and will never deal with Styletread ever again. I wasn’t asking for a new pair of shoes, just to acknowledge the fault and reimburse me for getting them fixed would’ve been a better customer service way to deal with it
Terrible service to a loyal customer of over 10 years
I have purchased from this store and their sister brand, Cinori, over the past 10 years. The first 2 pairs of Django and Juliette shoes, one of their owned brands, were in-store. There were so many different pairs I loved, and that fit me perfectly, that I fell in love with the brand and have been purchasing them confidently online over the past 10 years. I've purchased other brands from their store too, and have returned some as they haven't fit me well. D&J though always seem to fit really well.
I recently purchased a pair of sandals from...D&J brand - Barisha in white. They fit perfectly when I tried them on in the house, however it wasn't until I walked in them outdoors that my feet slipped off the back. The straps were done all the way up yet they didn't hold my feet in place. I was really disappointed as these are not cheap shoes, yet I had worn them. I discussed a credit with the service team - not a refund - as a long term and very disappointed customer. I was told there was nothing wrong with the shoes and I should have purchased a bigger size and not worn them out of the house. A bigger size would have had a bigger problem - if the strap was already at the tightest setting and still didn't keep my foot in place how would a bigger size work? Sadly they own the brand and still will not offer any sort of credit/replacement or better service. I guess the learning is to wear your new shoes from this brand around the house until they are worn in or you will not get any sort of refund or credit! Very disappointed, after years of purchasing with them as a loyal customer I've been treated like a first time buyer and that my opinion means nothing! I need to find a new brand that I trust, as they have lost mine.
pre meditated deceit!
bought a a pair of Colorado boots from them due to being offered a 20% discount using a coupon code. they had set the marked price just right so the 20% discount dropped the price to $89.97 which was just under the min $90 spend to obtain the the discount. so its clear someone at style tread is very dodgy.
I read the terms and condition prior to purchase so picked up on this . bought them anyway as the marked price wasn't all that bad. non the less I don't think I will be purchasing from them again .

Upset with quality control
Ordered a pretty pair of slip on shoes with white wedge type heels. When they arrived I noticed many black marks on the side of one shoe. This was very obvious as the heel is white. I turned the shoe over only yo see that the whole sole of this shoe had black over the tread and the heel showed signs of wear.
So I’m assuming it was a ‘try on ‘ this isn’t good enough as the shoes weren’t cheap!
To make matters worse I emailed them about this matter but received NO RESPONSE!!
I won’t be shopping with style tread again
Poor customer service
Lack of any real help with issues. Snide, unprofessional replies to emails - like communicating with high school kids. Worst company I've dealt with for a very long time.

None genuine leather shoes, cheating on description
The shoes I bought is not made of leather, they mark the material as "man made" on their website and shame to claim it was made of PU leather, misleading on purpose.
Time for deliveries inaccurate
Do NOT trust their delivery times they are false totally inaccurate claims on the site for me it was important and I phoned when i had not received them to find they were packed but not even despatched!!!
Paid for express shipping and took them a wk to dispatch
Very disappointed. Ordered my sons shoes and requested express shipping, what's the point if they take a whole week to dispatch. I ordered other items at the same time from different companies using normal post and have already received them.
Django and Juliette shoes very poor quality, not made to last
I purchased a pair of HIRAM dark tan leather shoes in April 2019. After 3 months, I noticed some water stains around the edge where the leather meets the sole. Upon close inspection, I noticed there was a split on the bottom of the rubber sole along one of the creases where moisture was obviously getting in. I was pretty baffled, for something like that to happen to a pair of $150 shoes after just 3 months didn't seem right. I wore the shoes frequently, but I didn't do very much physical walking in them at all, and I looked after them well.
I ...went back to the store where I purchased them and thankfully they honoured me with a new pair. Almost 1 year later (and not wearing them at all during the summer months just passed) the same thing has happened again, only to both shoes this time. This clearly indicates that the sole must be very poor quality, and unfortunately, Made in China, so it's a complete rip off that they charge $150 for these. Their shoes look great and are very comfy but don't be fooled, they will not last!
Styletread - refund policy is absolutely shocking!
Shoes arrived and after wearing them for 5 days to work (office) they fell apart and the soles completely came off - I took photos of the shows before gluing them together and made contact with styletread for a refund so that I could purchase another pair of work shoes. They advised that they would not refund me the $99.95 until I took to the shows with scissors. I explained that I live in a small country town and needed to keep wearing the shoes even though the glue was also now coming apart until I received the money so that I could buy another pair of shoes.

Style Tread made a mistake on my order. took me 6 weeks to get a reply about return.

Incredible slow process of refund for online shoe purchases
I have been purchasing shoes from Style Tread since 2018. When I started their delivery and refund of returns was almost immediate so that I could choose a shoe size that fit better. Four years on and their service levels have dropped. I returned a pair of shoes that did not fit my son the same day I received them. they were delivered on 01/04/2020 (Auspost tracking) and the refund still hasn't been processed. As their customer base has grown their service levels have dropped!

Beware StyleTread + Django & Juliette products
Hopefully you're reading this because you did you homework - unlike me!
I bought Django & Juliette sandals (at full RRP $140) as a Christmas gift from StyleTread.com.au on Dec 16. The free express delivery worked well and I was pleased to see them arrive two days later.
Unfortunately after wearing them a handful of times, the back of the shoe started to show signs of excessive wear (see second image below). I first emailed StyleTread.com.au with images on Dec 31 with my complaint. They requested more images and eventually decided that th...e wear was due to the way the wearer 'walks'. This is an unacceptable level of wear after one week. No matter how you 'walk'. I then found out why everyone on this forum has had so much trouble with faults - BECAUSE STYLETREAD OWNS AND DISTRIBUTES THE BRANDS. It's not in their interest to act 'independently'. They present the website as an independent retailer of various shoes brands but they own them, hence there's no recourse when things go wrong.
The shipping and handing was calculated incorrectly and they tried to charge me an additional $200. I was told it was my problem as it was a cost coming into my Country! I later found that 5 of the shoes in my cart were out of stock and one had the price increased by $70. I had clearly been dipped due to poor stock management and an inability to count. Customer service was horrendous. Never again.
My order arrived on time, however the boots were not matching. The left had a pointed toe, the right rounded, the left was about 1cm higher than the right. They were different colours. I was very disappointed in the quality control of such a well known brand. With all that said the return and refund went smoothly.
Terrible customer service
I have ordered shoes from Styletread many time however this time the label that was stuck in the shoe from the inside wasn't trimmed properly and was giving me grief and pain on my ankle. When I contacted Styletread they said that my issue was comfort related! That's not true when the pain on the ankle came clearly from the sticker that wasn't trimmed off from manufacturer. The shoe wasn't even over $100. They should have taking it back to Manufacturer and maybe offered a new one as I wasn't trying to get the my money back. It wouldn't have cos...t them much, however it will now as I am not going to order any more shoes there when I have been for many years! Just sad that a big company would worry about something like that. The fact that they didn't believe me was very disappointing!! I will keep sharing my experience with friends and online!
Shoes scuffed first wear and false advice given
Brought gorgeous pair of ankle boots and they had huge black scuff marks after the first wear. Advice from styletread was to wash and then get some polish. Washing did nothing and after visiting 2 shoe shops and a mister minit I was told by all three that that advice was incorrect and impossible to polish them. They said they were just telling me this to avoid doing anything their end and sure enough that was it. Never buy from them again. $80 boots should last more than one wear! Shocking service and advice!
Online Buyer Beware!!!!!
Be VERY CAREFUL when using this website. I have used this website previously and had no issues - in fact I had been happy with previous purchases and was a return customer. However - when using the site this week I placed a pair of shoes into my cart. The shoes were $54 (and some cents - can't remember exactly). I put a second pair in my cart, applied a discount code then went to pay. I thought the total wasn't correct so updated the cart thinking it was a glitch of some kind - the pair of shoes I put in the cart first changed from $54 & someth...ing cents to $84.97!!! If I hadn't noticed I would have paid not realising. The company was unhelpful when I contacted them saying I needed photographic evidence of the original price!! Make sure you take a screen shot if this ever happens to you. I will be very wary using this site again!!
I purchased Mollini black studded leather mules last week and wore them out for lunch date . I drove to the venue walked to restaurant (First time wearing shoes) walked back to car noticed a mark on tips of shoes, after looking more closely the leather had come away from both shoes .Drove home rang the company explained what had happened I thought they would return or exchange under these circumstances. To my great disappointment I was told by a rude condescending staff member that it was due to WEar and TEAR a whole 2 hours of wear that nothi...ng could be done as it was my fault. Asked to speak to manager they refused would not disclose the manager name They refused to do anything as blamed me saying I had stubbed the toe Do not buy from this company poor quality customer service !!!

Has anyone complied with the email they send asking you to send them a snapshot of your transaction for security reasons? I find it very odd after I just purchased two pairs of shoes. Not sure I want to continue with the transaction..
Never received the email request as I did not purchase anything from them after the poor service from their customer service personnel.
I purchased the items from another supplier and will never deal with this organisation.
Hi Oriana, That sounds a bit odd to me as I've never received an email asking for a snapshot of my transaction. I'd be suspicious. Before you send anything via email, I'd recommend calling Styletread to see what exactly they want it for. It sounds too much like a phishing email to me.
