Called to check the account I had mislaid. Received clear and courteous customer service. The time I waited for the call to be answered was very reasonable, as I had learned to expect from Sumo.

Fairly satisfied with the service; however, the supply charge seems to be a bit steep. So far I have not experienced any interruption to the power but have not used sumo at this address for very long.
terrible gas service provider
Sumo is charging gas based on the estimation incorrectly even someone came to do the gas reading. no reply from sumo at all, no customer service, just charging more and more.

As always the cost of power is far to high , but i must say that in all the time i have been with Sumo i have only experienced cuts in power for seconds and then it has been back on again ,and only eirly mornings 4am
when everyone has been in bed so with all my Solar , gas and electricity communications everyone has been very helpful, given me better service help wise than i expected and will recommend Sumo when discussing the topics of Gas Electricity and Solar which i also recently had instaled

No waiting time when calling, easy to talk to consultant who new what I wanted and provided more than I had expected. So helpful and didn’t waste my time. Nothing was too much.
I spent most of December in hospital therefore missing the gas payment date by about 5 days. Vanessa was kind enough to apply the discount due to my circumstances. I would recommend Sumo.
Had the gas and electricity connected. At first everything was great. Then no bills, no calls, nothing and then I get home to find my gas is disconnected. Sumo made no attempt to contact me and .so I am going back to my former provider that I had no problems with in all the years I was with them.

All power has been reliable. Cheap plans and fantastic swift service. So happy to have chosen Sumo they really leave the other companies for dead. And its great as there is no language barrier. Just happy and helpful ppl each time I call

Excellent Customer Service with Sumo as always. Helpful and resolved my queries. Used to receive regular updates on which days more power was used. Found this helpful. Why does this not continue, I had mentioned it to friends as being a great idea.

I chatted online, asking for assistance regarding my gas bill.
I was requesting assitance regarding my latest gas bill. I was assured someone would call me during business hours the next day. I am still waiting for that call.
I ended up calling in myself. It's the first time I have had to deal with Sumo since signing with you, and honestly, it makes me want to switch energy companies after such poor service.
Sumo has a vry helpful team.i have gass , electricity, internet with them. I talk to Merem and she help me to fix my bill.

Vanessa was terrific - i had a gas issue, and then realized my Electricity was never in my name
we received a sumo gas bill saying it was overdue- never received the original invoice- Vanessa explained it was an all customer issue. it will be resent next week. issue was resolved.
