These people are money hungry clowns
I was on a NBN 12 plan being a pensioner not that they care but had to keep rebooting the modem and service would slow to nearly a stop. But the topper is after 16 months I had enough and my billing cycle was the 25th to 25th each month so I cancelled on the 20th to be on the safe side and did not use it so before I know it I have and account for $37.66 for 7 months of modem payment to the 24 months plan which is a load of crap or I would not have been able to cancel without penalties and then to top it off I get another bill For $17.00 for the...
Read more period of the 25th to the 31st as they now have changed the billing cycle to the 31st I wrote an email and told them this was fraud as I had paid my month usage to the 25th and cancelled before then I am no reasonability for those days just a rip off and no reply so whoever reads this avoid this company as they make Ned Kelly look like an amateur. Can I give them less than one star?
I have been provided with Sumo NBN since June 2019. I have had a large number of issues over this period, and I have had multiple instances where I have not had the internet for multiple days at a time. The tech agents are very scripted, if I answer them they continue to not listen and repeat the same script! I have now been having unstable internet for 3 weeks, I have router logs providing them with information showing that the internet is cutting in and out, however they still continue to just tell me to turn it off and on! I am extremely patient and can deal with alot of issues generally, but I will definitely be investigating new internet and I would not be recommending them as a provider.

Utter garbage
C'mon bruh. As of writing this review, I don't have wifi. Writing this through my own data at home. What's the point of happing unlimited internet if you can't use em at your house. Almost every night the internet goes out. But recently it just goes out in the middle of the day. The last two days the internet went out at around 5pm and came back at 1am. Like seriously???? And when you call them, they just do the same thing over and over again. They tell you to change your configuration and if that doesn't work( it never works) they say they wil...

Might be the worst technical support I've ever experienced
The sales people and other support staff were very kind and helpful
The service itself was very slow and very unreliable
The main issue is the tech support.
Rang the guys up for some help due too the service dropping out yet again, guy on the phone after 2 minutes flat out refused to help me stating “ sir im not continuing this with you there is nothing wrong with the service stop wasting my time “
There was a great deal wrong with the service, blame was passed on to me for using an incorrect modem (it was the exact modem they recommended for the service)
And i was told i was fabricating issues with the service

Poor after service
I had my internet connected on the 18th of March .Only had 2 days of service and then nothing since then. I have called them every single day since and they twice gave promises of a technician coming that required me to be home between 8am and 12pm. Can you imagine cancelling work and having to wait for technicians who never showed up. I am truly frustrated and hope this will be sorted out soon. Very poor first impression! Dissapointed Customer.
