One Sunday we found that a gecko had gotten into the circuitry of our Sanden heat pump hot water system and caused it to malfunction. The next day we called Joe at Sunworks, and he called Sanden. It turned out we were one month outside the expiry of our three year warranty. Joe put in a good word for us, and by that evening, Joe turned up with a brand new unit to install - several models later than our broken unit. He stayed until 8:30pm that night so that we would have hot water for the next morning. It was the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you Joe & Sanden.
