Installer was very informative and efficient, explaining the process well.
Final proof will be in the pudding once set up with VPP after smart meter installed.

Scheduled via regular mobile phone contact. Friendly and polite communication and manner from the Installers. The only issue I had was the company not being aware the identified problem had actually already been rectified.

It was a seamless installation from Sunbank Solar Battery and apps for monitoring my solar battery 24/7
And I expect a lot of saving on my electricity bill from now on.

The entire process from sales to installation was fantastic. Knowledgeable sales people who are happy to spend time discussing the different battery types and which is the best match for your solar panels and household needs.
The installation team were fantastic. They were professional, able to answer additional questions and cleaned up all their packaging so everything was left neat and tidy.

The installation of my battery and panels was simple with no issues whatsoever , we were so happy with the technicians knowledge and proffessionalism. Our residence was left clean and tidy.

The panels were installed on the day it was scheduled and the electricians who installed them were most professional and explained to me where they were at at all stages. The only problem was getting them checked by SolarVic technician as they apparently we snowed under but it was done today 20 days after installation. Sunbank Solar were quite professional in keeping me up to date. Now we can move to the next stage of battery installation due next week

The process of installation was simple. Did not have any issues at all from start to finish. The system works well. I will await a bill to find out exactly how much I save.

The installers arrived early (around 8am) spent time assessing the best position to ensure they didn't cause any damage to the house but had the battery as close as possible to the necessary objects - Electricity meters, Solar panel box on the house wall, etc.
They worked quickly but carefully ensuring no damage was done. Apart for a short break for lunch they worked through to 4:30pm which included rechecking all the fittings, checking that i understood how to use the app to check the information from the system and cleaning up to make sure the area was even tidier than when they arrived.

Professional and proud to be able to complete the job to my fullest satisfaction.

I added a new battery system to my existing solar system. It was so easy. Just took a phone call and everything was handled for me. The installers were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. When they left everything was cleaned up. I was surprised when a month later they came back to install an upgrade. Great experience with SunBank Solar.

Requested a quote for the empowering homes program to access subsidy and got a quote for the 'pilot program with great discount' (Which was actually no discount at all) from a very pushy sales person and no mention of the empowering homes program. Again common story of wanting a deposit immediately. I've brought this behaviour to the attention of the Empowering homes NSW program. Very disappointed that any company still thinks these behaviours are acceptable especially when they are in the very limited list of authorised suppliers.

The battery installation process was very professional. Sun bank Solar were very honest and were very experienced about the products that they were selling and installing.

My experience with Sunbank is limited to the battery installation only as I already had solar PV panels installed.
The pre install was very smooth and I was kept informed at all stages of the process including the install date.
The battery installation team arrived on time and carried out a very professional job. The team members (two) were friendly and helpful with any questions I asked them.

Sunbank delivered as they promised. They advised a date for installation and was done on that date. The installer was professional and easy to deal with. A friend had used Sunbank and that is why we went with them.

I received a letter explaining the offer.
Rang the company and after 30 to 40 minutes they were offering an Everready battery for $8000. The salesperson Tracy explained to me over the phone.
Having being burnt before I requested the offer to be sent by email.
They wanted the $500 deposit which I wasn’t going to do without doing some research.
To date no email.
Be very careful- Caveat emptor.

Installation was done on time. All schedules were met.
Company informed of all steps throughout the whole process and answered my queries immediately.

Signed up for a $13000 battery system. After paying a 20% deposit was told that AusNet would not accept power from my property back into the power grid, hence the system they sold me was useless. Requested refund on the 30th November 2020. It's now the 16th December 2020 and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. The pushy salesman was happy to take and process my deposit on the spot, but obviously not when it comes to handing it back. Very disappointing experience overall.
