The sales, installation team and service team have been very courteous and professional. I am a bit technically challenged but neither I or my daughter, who is technically competent, could follow the instructions to how to set up the monitoring system. The service team operator was able to assist.
I would recommend that the instruction sheet provided is overhauled. Writing is too small and needs step by step instructions for installation and then hints and tips on how to maximise the benefits of the system.

I dealt with Mark. He is very patient and never ever forced me to buy Sunboost solar system. He knew that I was dealing and talking to few solar companies beside Sunboost as I said to him that I am after a quality product and then excellent support during warranty issues.
He provided various quotes as per requirements . He has a good understanding of solar Sunboost products . I would highly recommend mark to anyone looking to purchase a solar system from Sunboost.

Took some time to get the system installed; locating a provider and setting the date for the job; Everything else went smoothly and the system is generating more than our needs. All labour was completed professionally. Recommended.

Installation was done very well. The installers were very prompt and clean. Could not fault them . The follow up calls are very good.

We are a neighbour of the property receiving the panels from Sunboost. The installer accidentally damaged a small section of our hedge. We were compensated for the repair of the hedge. Sunboost were very efficient in the handling of the matter and were onto it straight away. All good.

Minor issue noticed with the installation. Contacted Carter and he quickly organised the installer to check on site and rectify. Carter followed up and also maintained communications until issue resolved.

The phone instructions provided by Sunboost were easy to follow and the inverters easy to program
I was advised in advance that the process would take 15 minutes. It took 14 minutes to do both inverters

Panel installation was 2 years ago and was delayed/deferred several times.
No ongoing issues.
A couple of early calls re mobile phone access to data were resolved in a timely manner.
The most recent call on 30 Dec 2020 was awkward due to language difficulties. The call centre girls are very patient, speak good english, and seem to know their work, but I often had to ask them to repeat things, sometimes several times. They need to speak more slowly.
In the finish, my problem seemed to resolve itself.

Only used 26 panels as was invoiced for 30 they would not install them on the southside of the house , so had to argue to get refunded for the 4 panels that they took, was not really happy with the $300 offered as refund but i had to agree to it ,as i was getting nowhere , the installers where very efficient and friendly would recommend them to anyone

Everything from the first phone contact to the timely installation was managed smoothly. Installation time arrived and the installers were on time , explained the process, and completed the work very well. Would recommend

Several unfortunate postponements due to weather, but very professional and helpful. The installers did a great job despite one hiccup, but I am very satisfied with the result and would recommend Sunboost wholeheartedly

Installation process was good as far I could see, installers may have different view as they have to lift all panels manually on to second story house roof..

- a bit pushy in the sales, though very responsive to variation on the quote
- after commitment, process went fairly fast and easy to track
- Installation took place very fast, and was done with very good quality
- on enquiry of the performance of the panel, person providing feedback was not polite (area for improvement here!)

Good value about 25% less than a previous installation. One issue with misplaced requested information slowed the process down. Took an additional 10 days for the application. Local installers were excellent.
