Excellent service, very easy to deal with, great product, has provided everything that was promised, highly recommended. We have had the product for 2 years now and have had no problems at all.

Fast services. Only waited four weeks for the panel installation from the date of placing the order. Received timely advice before and after the installation. However, the installer didn't explain how to connect the data log to Wifi. Took me a couple of phone calls and several attempts to finally connect it. Overall satisfactory.

The whole process was very easy and professionally provided. Sunboost are quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. They gave me good advice on location and installation was quick and looks good.

A new dongle was sent to us and Lucy walked us through the instructions to set it up with the app for use. It was easy to use and instructions were easy to follow.

I am very happy with the Sunboost Solar system. It has reduced our electric power bill to less than two dollars a day. We have a five-bedroom two storey home with 2 kitchens and a lift.

Installation took less than one day and the installer was very professional. I had spare tiles but they did not require any. All rubbish was removed and the only way you would know we have solar is by the savings we now enjoy.

13.3 KW system, The Sun boost system was installed quickly and professionally, couldn't be happier, the system looks great and is producing tons of power, Sun Boost kept us informed at every stage.

Panel installation process was fine I had to upgrade my line and sub board at extra $1400 but the job was done in a reasonable time and the quality of workmanship looks good. I am currently waiting for the electricity company to install a new smart meter. And time will tell in regards to the 2 inverters lasting and if any problems then will warranty be any trouble is yet to be seen.

Fast & efficient process. Only down fall is waiting for the installation of smart meter from other companies. Easy to deal with. Only other problem is not knowing of an extra cost that wasn't told about after Quotation. Not a big problem but would be better if disclosed upfront.
