Top marks to the installers. They arrived promptly on a day which was 37 degrees, can’t imagine what it was on the roof. Kept them well supplied with cold water. Cleaned up after themselves. Gave me a quick tun down & instruction booklets.
Will be happy to recommend.

excelleny service bye moni she monika went above her call of duty to get the results
the product failed but moni had replacement part installed inverter was faulty now is all working well over all service has been fine at times I have been stressed out but moni has assured me it will be repaired monio has done very well

Great system 6.6Kw very productive
Easy install by the installers great system producing alot of power. Install not up to Aust standard but was rectified by the electrical installer the next day after i complained.

Prices good, customer service good
Unfortunetly I need waiting few months for the installation but i get many promised date before so I lose much money becuse the summer go away now, and I need stay home few days and cancelling my jobs the days when I waiting the installation team when promised. the team how installing my system polite and working fast , but not respect my old house roof and leave many holes and broken roof panels after the job., the panels position not perfectly our maximum KW on the sunny day without any clouds 4.7KW , I ordering 6.6KW system with 5KW inverter. The inverter show me few times LimByVg code but the customer service helping for us via phone and maybe the problems fixed.
The price and the quality enough I think.

when sales people say free panels - watch out
I installed solar panels with Sunboost in Feb. As usual the sales was very smooth until the installation and things went all wrong. The sales advised me that they can install 6.6kw during sales process. They informed me to make full payment before installation and I did so( big mistake).On the day of installation the installers advised me that they can install only 5.8kw and I had no options but to accept. Sorry to hear about lesser panels installed on the roof. We usually use a paid software to check the roof dimensions, and its very rare that we install less panels against what is been offered. the installation went well , except that half of the solar panels [12] were on the back labelled poly type1 instead of mono crystaline ,I ordered all mono panels, the installers assured me that the labels were wrong and the panel are all mono , which are more expensive than poly panels and more energy efficient,, the wifi wasn't working ,, so the company sent out a new wifi,, it worked fine and the man on the phone from sunboost helped me connect up to it with ease,, good company and crew who were polite and curtious at all times,, thankyou,,,

I was told installation would happen on 12 January. Three installers showed up and scoped the job (this is something other companies do BEFORE the date of installation and, if they are operating professionally, BEFORE they agree the price).
The installers made some comments about the need to run conduit and have an electrician to install.
Today (Saturday) I had a call with Sunboost telling me the job would cost a further $500 because it would take a day to install the wiring to the inverter and meter box. There was some (gobsmacking) comment regarding if it were not installed according to legal requirements, I could not use the solar system if it were inspected by relevant authorities.
I explained I had been offered a price, agreed a contract, expected the system would be installed in accordance with legal requirements and I would not be paying a cent more. I have asked Sunboost to send me a firm plan regarding installation by Monday, at the agreed price and, if not, I advised Sunboost I would have to consider my options.
Completely unsatisfactory performance to date. Hopefully Sunboost will redeem itself.

One of the 3 installers was the electrician on my job. They cant install it without an electrician. I had my site inspection on the day of install ebven after I asked for one prior. The electrician used conduit to run wire which is a requirement for all cabling anyway.
I did have another company come and do a site inspection but the person who came was rude and basically told me he was wasting his time with me. He also quoted almost 3 times the price for a similar system

We signed our contract with Sunboost on 13/11/2020 and paid our $200 deposit. We were supposed to get the system installed before Christmas but Sunboost Reps would just ring a day before installation and cancel. We have made endless calls to them and been transferred to installers who tell you that they will be coming to install and then they don’t turn up. Then we were told that our house was too high for the installers. We complained and was told that a representative from the installers would come and have a look at our house today then install the next day. We are still waiting. I wonder if Alan Border knows how this company really operates?

I didn’t have such issues. We had few cancellation due to rain on those dates . Who was the sales person. We had Mark. Talk to him and he will sort you issues.

Sunboost don’t let you talk to anyone but who they want you to talk to. It would be a waste of time asking for Mark. He probably doesn’t handle my area. We are in North Brisbane.

is there hidden extra charge for houses with 3 phase electricity?

Oh well, you probably forgot to mention that, customer need to pay 300 deposit in order to secure the lowest price. Then it is wonderfully come with 10 days cooling period. customer will get REFUND with cooling period. Amid fee $150 apply. Wow easily, regardless what, sunboost gets 150 with every customer that they loop in thro “10 days cooling period”
