Seriously do not waste your time.
Go to a broker, I’m a 17 year customer with Suncorp and I will never ever apply for a loan with them again.
Our first home loan was set up through a broker and then 10 years later we decided to put a pool. So we thought would speak with Suncorp. OMG seriously it’s like pulling teeth dealing with them, we ended up contacting the broker again got the pool put in and organised an investment property loan at the same time.

After a lengthy application process and supplying everything just shy of a signed stat dec to confirm my dogs birthday, I was declined a personal loan. Following the decline I applied with another lender and was approved within 24hrs and had the funds within 48hrs.

Just to add some additional substance I had an existing mortgage & general bank account with Suncorp, Excellent credit rating & Strong repayment capability. Once the application process was complete I was advised "To reapply next year when my dependent finishes day care and starts ...
