The installation team did a top job, no hassle, no fuss. They left a small mess, but that's liveable!

Inaccurate quote, dishonest sales techniques and action on compaint
I would not recommend SunEnergy.
They lied on their quote, they didn't install to the approved plan, the power generation in less than quoted and they have taken no action to resolve. When escalating my complaint to the Operations Manager he avoided my calls and failed to respond to me for over a month. In contrast the installation was booked and installed less than a week from a signed contract.
I would also review the contract they provide as they changed the overall power generation from the quote but did so via a graph and avoided a state...
Read mored it clearly like in the quote. My problem is this; I questioned the planned panels for a raked roof that faces south. The sales person said that "the new generation panels use ambient light and the orientation would not decrease power generation". One the day of installation, the installer installed double the number of panels on that southern facing roof, when questioned he said that "it would not impact generation and having fewer arrays would decrease the voltage drop to the inverter". So now I have two thirds of my panels on a roof where they generate roughly half the power. What really grinds my gears is that there is amble roof space to have installed them elsewhere. I have attached a photo of performance of the panels so far, as you can see a significant difference.
