I believe this lady is a true yogi - she loves what she does and she knows what yoga is all about. I feel that she lives what she is teaching.
Sunshine Yoga & Health's Yoga DVD's are incredibly good. Very user-friendly as you feel like you are in a class. Beautiful scenery which makes you want to put the DVD in the player and yoga that is not so way out you can't follow it. I love the breathing, the slow movements and time you have in the postures. And the relaxation to finish with is fantastic. I feel great after the sessions. Good on you for creating such a great product - for Australians
