I love cooking but when my husband is away for work I usually don't eat. I just had the Vegan and added left over chicken. It is very tasty, not dry as I expected it to be. Lots of ingredients that I wouldn't go through preparing even just for 2 people. After heating all the greens were still bright. For $6.30 I will definitely try different ones
Got the slow cooked lamb Ragu wholemeal pappardelle. 1 piece of lamb and 5 pieces of pasta about 10cm long and a ridiculous amount a sauce. So glad it was on special for half price because $7-$8 is grossly over priced for 5 mouthfuls of food that didn't have a spectacular flavor
This is truly a really nice meal. Because I work away from home I live on takeaway meal I have been
I love the meals and will continue to buy them. Loads of flavor. Would love to see a bit more variety but dont care if I don't. I will continue to buy. One very have customer. Tonight one was the Lamb.
I couldn't recommend this product highly enough!
ALL the meals are delicious. The moment I decide what my favourite is, I try another and then that becomes my favourite! I've tried Lite N Easy, other food delivery companies and of course other supermarket frozen food brands but Super nature meals are hands down the most tasty, amazing meals I've had.
After working night-shift in a call centre for quite some time, I'd put on a lot of weight. I have no time to cook and was living on a diet of Hungry Jacks and vending machine snacks. Now t...hanks to the Super Nature Wellness Bowls I've had 15kg of lard gone from my body. I've never felt so good. These are the best frozen meals you can buy. I got them on special recently at Woolworths but will continue to buy them at full-price.
Pizazzing up my lunch breaks - love the Wellness bowls!
I get a bit bored with the same old same old food at lunch time. When these first were introduced into Coles, they were on an amazing deal for about $3.50 each, so I grabbed a bunch. Korean BBQ beef with Teff, Butten chicken with Freekah etc etc - all the funky on trend foods that I am never going to cook for myself at home. And so freaking tasty. I found most of these to be less than 300 calories and they all seem filling, but most of all, so yummy. I really watch carefully for these on sale at Coles, as they are now only on sale for abou...t $5, and I can't justify spending more than that on frozen meal and even find $5 a bit much (when I can get fresh and prepare myself cheaper). Good for the occasion when you want something different. Compare to all the other frozen meals, these ones win hands down.
A range of Healthy & Delicious MEAL for sure!
i have tried few other frozen meals that available in the supermarket but this one really the best I have ever tried ! hey taste so good and u have lots of veges in it too! one meal a day seriously is all i need with a cup of chamomile tea in the evening and fruits around 8 pm and of course drink lots of water all day long so u keep yourself hydrated ! dayum ! this is totally a good solution if you feel hungry and you need a healthy food. I used to get polenta and quinoa mixed bowls and nothing than that.. I would request Super Nature to keep introducing more vege based or chicken based choices for us to choose from!
Yummmmm. Best frozen meals on the market
I love all the meals in the range. It's a frozen meal that doesn't taste like your standard frozen meal. They have flavour and leave you feeling full.
My absolute favourite is the Mediterranean Polenta, I could seriously eat this every day. Well done Super Nature on creating good quality, tasty and healthy meals.
I was looking for a meal that did not leave me feeling hungry, I found it. I have 2 a day, including my fruit, and and I have plenty of energy, feel great and am losing weight. I have no thyroid or gall bladder and for the first time I have no digestive concerns either way. Love, love my discovery, thanks.
Unfortunately Disappointing :-(
I was very excited to try the Super Protein Wellness Bowl. I loved the idea of a healthy, well balanced, tasty meal that could be ready in minutes. Unfortunately the the sauce/dressing was very acidic and tasted predominantly of vinegar.
I would try another meal flavour just to see if this was a one off but I definitely wouldn't have the super nut satay chicken with quinoa, chickpea and wild rice again.
Amazing! Absolutely love all the meals
I have a one of these meals a day and have lost weight! I have a green/peppermint tea whilst getting ready for work (maybe with a piece of fruit) a Super Nature meal for lunch and pretty much nothing for dinner. Unless I feel like a snack which I'll make sure there's something healthy and light in the house to reach for and don't eat after 7pm. I eat really slowly and drink lots of water. Stopped drinking as much alcohol and took up Pilates & yoga and I also walk a bit. The meals are sooo tasty and filling with lots of variety! I've tried almos...t all of the frozen meals out there as I live alone & it's just convienient, quick and easy. I work in hairdressing so I don't like to cook because there's always tonnes left over and I get sick of eating the same thing over and over if I meal prep. Also cbf coming home late and cooking for 1! You can read all the ingredients and know they're real foods and not just all chemicals. The food is fresh and looks the same as the pack. Not like most of the others that are grey moosh.
Questions & Answers
Can they be cooked in a conventional oven?
It would be quicker, more nourishing and taste better if you tossed some Coles frozen stir fry vegetables and some left over chicken or beef in a fry pan, use olive oil and some fresh garlic and basil or even stuff out the jar, 5 minutes later, a great meal and I almost forgot, about 1/4 the price of this NON superfood.
I have to say the meals are a rip off. I bought the Pasta with Beef & Chia Meatballs on special for $4 at Woolworths, so glad I had not paid full price. Only found 3 meatballs and they are very small ones, the Chia Seeds are 0.2%, also its supposed to have Parmesan Cheese that has no percentage, and I don't see or taste it. Looks like more money was spent on the packaging then on the ingredients. I think its time to give them a miss
