Good product, until you need service
Well, I used to like the product and the ability to synch the data and monitor and analyze it. Until after the latest update, I lost my ability to access the data. This I could have lived with for a while, but when I tried to get Suunto support it was impossible. They were dismissive, unhelpful, so in the end I got so frustrated that I decided to buy another one. Not Suunto. I will probably writer a review about the new one in a few months. The reason I give 2 stars is that when it worked, I was quite happy with it, so you might get lucky and never need their support. But if you do your support ... good luck
