Outstanding Customer Service (update)
This is an update to a review I wrote previously under Steve D, where the goods I had purchased failed to arrive.
After a bit of chasing around between Swamp and Australia Post the issue of the failed delivery of my nephew's Christmas present was resolved thanks to Tim.
Unfortunately the missing product was the last one so I chose something else, this was dispatched and my nephew received his gift day after boxing day. He was over the moon.

Shocked by how good these guys are and how professional
So bought an item and used express post with the intent of getting it next day. Never happened but wasn't Swamp's fault, what they did do was follow up my call and rectify Australia Posts monumental screw up
Just bought another product and much cheaper than competitors.
Thank you for caring about your customers, thank you for restoring my faith in online retailers specifically Audio online.

Great service
I have made multiple purchases with Swamp Industries and have only ever had one issue. Every other order, the goods have arrived in perfect condition. The one issue I had was with a power adapter for a mic pre. The original shipment was sent with a chinese power adapter, which is not legal in Australia from a safety point of view. I contacted Swamp and made them aware of the issue. They responded quickly and sourced an AU plugged adapter for me. The Alctron pre is great and I own two of them. Excellent Neve reproduction for exceptionally low price. Swamp are a great business and I would not hesitate to recommend them or continue to purchase with them
