They were our first internet provider which we joined based on one 5 star review here ....which for some reason I can’t find anymore. Should have known why there was only one review positive or not but no I gave them a go. They were great getting your business, emails reply, phone calls but once you are connected ..we’ll forget it it’s like you don’t exist. When our contract was about to expire I got a call from their sales team, the worse conversation ever, it ended up with me having to ask if he was putting me back on a contract that I don’t ... Read morewant, it’s all just getting the sale and nothing else. Like with all providers I’m sure have their own issues but with these guys I’ve been burnt and I’m not going back. Read all the fine print cause they won’t tell you anything. They are not the best or the cheapest but their sales team will tell you that ..literally right to your face ‘good luck finding a better provider that’s cheaper’ ... so I did and the disconnection fee happy to pay to not be a customer of Switched On Australia. you had we would have resolved these issues ASAP as we have a very good billing and technical support department. In March this year after you had transferred your services to another provider, we called you advising that you owed the outstanding balance and standard disconnection fee due to your direct debit being rejected which in turn prompted late payment fees. As a courtesy, our director waived these late payment fees for you. We always strive for customer satisfaction from the moment you join us and our Melbourne based staff will pick up the phone promptly every time you call and resolve the enquiry as a high priority. Alas, not all telecommunications faults can be resolved quickly due to the logistics of Telstra and NBN and the availability of technicians and engineers, and of course the nature of the infrastructure itself.
