Frank has just installed our new roller blinds to match our previously installed Shutters. Super fast and efficient. Another very pleasing result from Sydney Blinds & Screens with whom we have been dealing with for the last 20 years. Always excellent value and service. Thoroughly satisfied and highly recommended.

Day/night roller bliss were installed in the kitchen area and laundry. They were lovely. Then we had plantation shutters installed in the living area, rumpus room and study. The rooms look very neat. The shutters and the blinds were installed by Matthew MST 956462. Matthew was very professional and Polite. He knew his trade. Thanks Sydney Blinds.

Professional service and quality product

Sydney blinds made the experience easy from start to finish. The shutters and blinds were delivered on time and the installer was both friendly and efficient. The shutters and blind look fantastic. Many thanks to Steve and all the staff. Will definitely recommend and use this company again.

I had my windows measured and quoted for blinds to be installed. They arrived on time, very helpful. Staff at the office very helpful. Installation was quick and tidy. Going back to get fly screens.

Exceeded our expectations!

The service from Sydney Blinds & Screens couldn't be faulted. We had requested a quote for two Venetian blinds to be replaced. Steve arrived within a couple of days and quoted a price which was very competitive and provided a discount. We also required the blinds to be installed before early May, was advised it would take 4-6 weeks but they would do their best to accomodate. Blinds were installed in 3 weeks! Very happy with the result and the gentleman that did the installation was friendly and efficient with his work. Thankyou for exceeding our expectations and for the great customer service.

Thank you for your enquiry. We can start the process of check measure and manufacture but unfortunately we are booked out until Christmas so the install would have to be early next year. Please let us know if we can assist you any further.

I have previously used your company many times over the years My mum warned me that your service was terrible I was shocked as I had always been very satisfied Can you explain why so many customer reviews are SO bad? No, she won't and when (not if) it all goes wrong she won't even return your call. It's no fun having your hard earned money taken, constant problems, stress, rude lying customer service, asking for your money back and being denied, being threatened - even with court - if you don't pay up the other 50%, being frightened to the point where your health is impacted and all because the supplier took your money and never bothers to call again once they have the 50% deposit. Expect to do all the phoning. They take away any trust in human beings. Felt preyed upon. Worst experience with a supplier ever. Save yourself the grief and look elsewhere. Make sure you do your research. Good luck. I wouldn't recommend this firm to a worst enemy.

I agree with Sunshine. This company is attrocious. They are by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company in any industry. They are exceptionally rude and deceitful. Save yourself a lot of stress and chasing up by going with another company.
