I was assisted in store today by Dean. He was incredibly knowledgeable about your products and was quickly about to assist me get the tools that I needed. Great customer service.
Been buying for the Mitchell store from some time now, if I know what I’m after and I run and grab it don’t need service it’s fine. On multiple occasions recently I have asked for a assistance and the service is terrible. The other day I needed a replacement key for my makita angle grinder, went into the store spent asked the guy behind the counter where I could locate it, he immediately and ahhh’d and was to lazy to assist or even look up what I was looking for and told me to order it online. This morning I called as I was looking at buying a ...Milwaukee 3 piece chordless rattle gun combo and wanted to know if a high torque impact could be added to the kit and the fella on the other end of the phone couldn’t be more disinterested in assisting me and flat out told me that the kit is too small to add anything extra in? I’m perplexed, does this store make too much money that they are not interested in the sales of smaller items, the kit is still close to $1000. This is just a few occasions but I bet if you call and ask for help on something they most likely will seem disinterested. I’ve witness the staff in this store being rude to customer asking for assistance and being condescending and disinterested in service. I’ve taken my business to total tools in Fyshwick instead now, lovely bunch of staff there.
Went to sydney tools mitchell Asked Dean to help me locate a new product that they had just got in showed me to It, also had great knowledge of the other products I purchased was and very helpful and was friendly cheers :)
Excellent customer service
I phoned Sydney Tools and spoke to the store manager Luke. I explained to him that we'd had a few tools stolen (which we had previously purchased from Sydney Tools) and we needed a quotation for their replacement. Luke was happy to oblige (even though I was not promising a sale, it was for insurance purposes) and gave me his email address so that I could forward him the details. He responded with an itemised quotation within 2 hours. Thanks for the friendly, hassle-free service.
