I visited Sydney Tools at West Gosford for the first time this week (Tuesday morning) after reading about Yamaha generators on your web site. I was greeted by Nathan as I entered. I took the opportunity to ask him whether my choice was in stock and (as I am a generator novice) for a bit of advice around what I was looking for. Nathan told me the Yamaha could be delivered by the end of the week. He showed me a cheaper option that was in stock but when I decided to wait he took my order and payment. Read morehan’s missed call and voice message. He had somehow managed to come up with what I was looking for at one of your other stores and get it to Gosford inside 24hrs. Went to pick it up and asked about oil. Nathan threw in a bottle of starter oil and carried the heavy machine to my car. Great Service! Told him I’d be back, and I will be. Thanks Nathan!1 comment
