Went in to Sydney tools today was approached by Matt.s he was very good with his customer service told him what I did and what I needed and he lead me to all the right tools and sorted me out with a great price couldn’t be any happier.

I bought a core drill they said was brand new and working for $1549 cash, the drill didn't work and took it back the very next morning, they said they'll send it away to get fixed under warranty, it's been more than a month and I'm still waiting . It seems they are happy to receive your cash but don't help if there is a problem.

Great experience. Dylan was incredibly helpful, he got me sorted in ten minutes with exactly what I needed. 10/10 and without a doubt will be shopping there again. Couldn't ask for more especially in this covid madness.

These people are sick they only want your money and never help if you have a problem
I bought festool sander used for 1 day and the pad doesn’t stick to sand paper they accused me of swapping the old pad
They are so dumb we spend $1025 on festool the pad is $80

If I got an old pad would it be cheaper for me to replace the pad rather buy new machine ???

I Bought a Mikita Tile cutter , when I try to use it , it’s a Lemon .
I took it back , the manager told me that it will take 8 Weeks to be repaired.
But it’s a new Mikita tool , why do I have to go through this ; I said .
He replied : it’s a company policy.
Sydney tools ( Company ) , I will never ever buy anything from you again , live and learn .

I visited Sydney tools - Sunshine VIC store on 07/August. I was looking to purchase a lawnmower which was reasonably priced.

I was greeted by Jai who from the moment of first contact was nothing but professional and had excellent customer service skills. When I told him of my requirement, he quickly jumped on to show me the range. And I must say that he hit the nail right on the head when he showed me jsut a few that were ideal for my requirements.

To be honest, I was in the store to just look around as I had done some research on other sites...

Been to the Sunshine Sydney tools 3 times now. Each time they didn't have the items I was wanting and couldn't tell me when they would have it. Paid for item and was told that they'll call me when it's in. 2 weeks later still no call. I had to ring them. Cheap prices but poor service and some brands no as good quality (Bluetongue). Total Tools is a better store.
