Our Premier gave us a dividend from a successful court action into our power accounts. I’m old on limited income and this was a godsend. The last of it was used up in my last billing cycle with a shortfall of $4.99. I attempted to pay it immediately on receipt of my paper bill. The transaction failed due to the amount being less than $10. On reading the bill fully the payment stub stated “As this account is $10 or less, you’re not required to pay. Read moreue date expiry I received an SMS reminding me to pay by the due date or contact them if I’m having difficulty paying. I did. Explained the situation and was told to expect a payment dishonour fee. I asked to speak to someone else, not on their shift. Immediately hung up and contacted their complaints number. They were very courteous and completely waived the $4.99 bill. I just wonder how many other people in my position have copped it sweet with my initial contact to their detriment. Having had a lifetime of experience with Government body ‘corporatisation’ these people need scrutiny. All good things to the last person there I dealt with.

Fab and quick service when moving house - easy to do and saves me such a chore as there are so many people to contact. They also provided clear and simple instructions about the online portal so all in all quick and simple.

WAlinta installed Solar Synergy denied it has been registered with them pity my wife kept all documents which prove Synergy are dysfunctional as a company.
After 4 phone calls and then being hung up on due to phone calls are disconnected by call center after 25 minutes on hold.
Now I have been sent an email by review post that they cannot post this review due to more information???

The article on Yahoo the other day, Synergy admitted it cannot differentiate between normal coal fired power and green sourced power...Really?
Then why on earth have they been charging a premium to me for Green Power?
If I did this to my clients I would be in deep and deepening problems.

I am under REBS which means I get credits from Solar panels. Went on holiday and came back to find $374.00 worth of credits on my invoice just gone. Called complaints department to find out whats going on, and they said they have sent a cheque out to me in August which did not arrive at all and said they take no responsibility for it. Oh but your bill comes to me on time huh? Ok fine they say they will send out another cheque but after another 10 days nothing came I called to ask whats going on? And they still say they have not sent it? Wow? Ca...
Read moren I charge you interests? Since I can pay off your bill but in the first place I dont owe you, you owe me. I have asked when are they going to send the cheque and they say end of the week or next week! So bloody slow. Wake up. If this was going to be the case dont sent me any cheque and credit back my account! Dont bill me again, I never asked for any payments and you tried to pull a fast one on me. I feel you have nit bother to take my complaint seriously. What pros? Is the only company in WA Is the only WA provider so gives them the right to do anything to you
