TLDR: Called on 21/11/2020 at 2:22pm, was told both items were in stock at that exact moment. At 2:29pm I was emailed that my order was received. However, I was informed after posting this review that the items were not due to get to them until 22/12/2020. Not computer error. Bad business practices.”

Top quality placemats and a good price. Fast delivery was a bonus .
So happy with my placemats ...they are really top quality and soooo beautiful. Got a better price than the local pop up which had the same brand , but not the same design.
Placed the order for a (Messermeister Oliva Elite Stealth Chef Knife 20cm) in February. When queried about slow delivery they told me mid-April. It's now the end of August still no delivery. They have never made contact with me to explain the delay, or offer a refund. They don't answer their phone. I let them take the time originally because of Covid, and now can't do a charge-back. Complete non-supply of service. Don't
I aclled Tableking to ask questions about a dinner set I was interested in. Unlike other places I have dealt with, their knowleedge of their products was outstanding. I have received my dinner set and it is beautiful. Thank you for the service.

Excellent customer service
Received our ordered knife block and knives yesterday .... thrilled with our purchase! Tableking were great to deal with even under Covid 19 challenges. I can thoroughly recommend this company for it’s great customer service and product range.
Lack of communication
Purchased an item before christmas, hoping to get it before the day. I then emailed about it asking when it would be shipped and got a reply from Justin saying that it was on back order, which he clearly stated that it was visable on the website and on the invoice. This was OK, my mistake. He also mentioned that expected arrival was mid Feb. I also asked in the same email to add my order to my new account that I created after the purhcase so that I can view the status and get updates, assuming thats what I will be able to do, Justin did not men...tion anything about this in his reply. This first email reply was prompt and took one day to reply on the 18/12/2019. Since then, I replied back asking about the order getting placed on my account on the same day, 18/12/2019. Again asking about my purchase bing added to my account and also asking them to update my address as I just moved interstate. This was made 09/01/2020. Again asking them if they have actioned the above issues. This was sent 13/02/2020. Again asking just for the status of my order. This was sent 01/04/2020.
Quality and reliability
I have been a happy customer for many years. I was so pleased to see TableKing partner with an Aussie manufacturer to supply good quality Hand Sanitiser at a decent price. Thanks Justin and the team for doing your bit.
Placed an order early May, Salad Bowl Set of 3 was on back order. Still have not received it and will not reply to my call and messages, not happy
Ordered an item in September, and am yet to receive it or any further confirmation since the initial order email. Have emailed multiple times over the past few weeks and have not received any response. Very disappointed and unsure of what to do next. usually wouldn't write a review but seeing as they have replied to some here i thought it might help me get a response.
Edit - the day after i posted this review my item was shipped and it arrived 17/10/19. Still no response to my emails. Disappointed as a first time customer to have this experience as there are other things on their website i would like to order but am reluctant to ever order from them again.
Rudeness and blaming the customer is their game.
I ordered a dinner set. 5 days after ordering and not receiving any correspondence I decided to contact them to make sure all was well and get a ballpark dispatch date. After phoning 3 or 4 times with no answer, I sent through an email asking when my order will be dispatched. Some time later I got a bunch of emails from Tableking and Afterpay. The Afterpay stated a refund was being processed. This gem came from [Name Removed] at Tableking: " Hi there, I have received your email and voicemail. As per clearly outlined on the website, our wareho...use is closed for stocktake. If you go to the product page you can see this written in red font underneath the buy button. Your order has not been dispatched. We have refunded your order back through Afterpay". After checking the Tableking website I located tiny lettering under the product itself (note: not the home page or catalogue page) stating that 'warehouse closed due to stocktake, next dispatch on 15th September'. I sent a reply email back to [Name Removed] : Hi [Name Removed], yes I can see it there. I would have waited given the opportunity, but I didn't get the opportunity. To which his immediate reply was to resend his initial email with this line added "Based on your multiple calls and email, it sounds like you need this urgently which we are unable to do at this time". Now look at the other negative reviews. There is a pattern here. I have ordered the dinner set from another company and it's on its way.
I’m a happy customer
I ordered some Wedgwood dinner sets which were an excellent price but out of stock absolutely everywhere. Although the website made it clear that there would be a delay due to the goods being imported I received a phone call checking that I was ok with the anticipated delay within minutes of placing the order. I was impressed by that. The dinnerware arrived within the expected time frame and I am really happy with them.
I have had no problems with emails being responded to so I find some earlier reviews surprising. I personally would have no hesitation in buying from TableKing again and would recommend it due to the low prices and very reasonable shipping.
Careful handling and care
Our Spode Blue Italian bread bin arrived safely and is a practical object of beauty on our kitchen bench. I was impressed at the care taken to securely wrap our fragile item. It arrived it in perfect condition after a long freight journey. Our special bonus gift of a chopping board is much appreciated and used often. TableKing offer great specials on their beautiful products. It’s cheaper than buying locally.
Beautiful Burleigh Teapot
I bought the small Asiatic Pheasants Teapot from Tableking and am thrilled with my purchase. As a first time customer, I received a $10 voucher and postage was very reasonable. The teapot arrived in perfect condition and was extremely well packaged.
The teapot is beautiful and functional, a lovely addition to our teaware. I was delighted to find an Australian online store that stocks the Burleigh pottery range.
Questions & Answers
I placed an order on 11th June 2020. An email on 17th June from TableKing said .. 'we are experiencing major delays of up to 3 weeks. Your order has not left yet and will be approx. another 10 days before it gets out the door'...
It's now 7th July & my subsequent emails requesting an update still remain unanswered. I am hoping someone here can help with any current information regarding TableKing's order processing.
